| Objectives To observe the clinical effects of clearing damp and turbid formula in the treatment of hyperuricemia(HUA)patients with dampness-heat accumulation syndrome,the efficacy of clearing damp-turbid formula were evaluated,so as to broaden the clinical treatment thoughts and methods of traditional Chinese medicine for this disease.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,66 patients with hyperuricemia were collected from the first TCM hospital of baoding city in Zhangbo famous doctor’s studio.All subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The treatment group were taken clearing damp turbiformula on the basis of general treatment,and the control group was given allopurinol tablets on the basis of general treatment.After 8 weeks treatment,the two groups of patients before and after treatment of Chinese medicine were compared,such as symptom integral,single Chinese medicine symptom integral,blood uric acid levels,and body mass index,waist circumference,etc the changes of the liver and kidney function before and after medication were also observed.At the same time,blood routine indexes,electrocardiogram(ecg)were observed.We evaluate the efficacy and safety of the formula.Statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to summarize and analyze all data.Results 1)comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes: 32 patients in the treatment group and the control group have completed the treatment,among which the total effective rate was 87.50% and 59.38%,respectively.Statistical analysis(P=0.011 < 0.05)showed that the overall efficacy of clearing damp turbid formula was better than alloturinol tablets.2)Comparison of symptom scores of TCM:(1)Comparison of total scores: After 8 weeks treatment,the total scores of the two groups decreased compared with the previous ones,intra-group comparison(P < 0.05),between-group comparison(P< 0.05),indicating that the formula and Allopurinol tablets have curative effects on damp-heat accumulation syndrome patients,while clearing dampness and turbid formula more effective.(2)single scores: intra-group comparison,after 8 weeks treatment,single score were decreased(P < 0.05),other 9 scores have statistical difference(P < 0.05),improvement of thirsty but drinkingless is not obvious in control group,but other symptoms were improved.After 8 weeks,there were no statistically significant differences in head and body weight,chest pain,irritability,and oral pain among the groups(P > 0.05),and the other 6 items differences were statistically significant(P <0.05),this indicating that clearing damp and turbid formula was superior to allopurinol tablets in terms of articular acid distension,thirsty but drinkingless,lose of appetite,loose stools,fatigue,greasy in mouth.3)Analysis of the curative effect of blood uric acid:After testing,there was no statistically significant difference in blood uric acid levels between the two groups before treatment(Z=0.08,P > 0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the blood uric acid levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those at 0weeks(P < 0.05),and there were statistical differences between the groups after 8 weeks(Z=-3.907,P =0.001<0.05),the difference before and after treatment Compared between groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group,with statistical differences(Z=-2.873,P=0.004<0.05).It showed that the treatment group had better uric acid lowering effect than the control group after 8 weeks of treatment.4)changes in waist circumference and body mass index: after 8 weeks,both waist circumference and BMI in the treatment group decreased compared with the former group(P < 0.05),while there was no significant change in waist circumference and BMI in the control group(P >0.05),indicating that clearing damp formula significantly reduced weight.5)clinical safety evaluation: no obvious adverse events occurred in both groups during the treatment,and 1 patient in the control group had mild digestive system reactions,but the disease was relieved after symptomatic treatment,which did not affect the whole study process.Conclusions Conclusions Clearing dampness and turbid formula in the treatment of damp-heat accumulation syndrome patient(hyperuricemia)could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce blood uric acid level,reduce body weight,body mass index.The results show that clearing dampness and turbid formula in the treatment of damp-heat accumulation sydrome(hyperuricemia)has stable and reliable effect,with no adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical application.Figure 0;Table11;Reference83... |
