Study On The Management Of Hospital Preparations

Objective:Hospital preparations are an indispensable part of the supplement in pharmaceutical market,featuring in an irreplaceable role compared with ordinary medicine.First,many of the hospital preparations are the ones those cannot be provided in the market but needed for clinical care,with the properties of more varieties and different formulations.Second,hospital preparation departments,as a part of hospitals,have a closed connection with clinic and they can deal with the requirements immediately.Hospital preparations usually have an actual effect on some rare cases or unusual conditions.Third,hospital preparations have played a significant role in keeping clinical medicines enough,improving the standard of science and research in pharmacy and reducing the burden of payment in treatment during the period of healthcare development.In recent years,with the rapid innovation of the pharmaceutical and industrial technology,it is a fact that the reduction has been made in production scale and the numbers of departments.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the current status of hospital preparations and supervision and management strategies for a better development and a constant vitality.Method:Taking hospital preparations as the research object,the analysis for the status of hospital preparation departments related to medical institutions,the supervision andmanagement for hospital preparation departments,laws and policies,investigation and interviews for a certain number of medical institutions selected,as well as the study for the history and current situation of hospital preparations development have been carried out by searching literature and studying policy in this paper.Result:First,the origin and the development background of medical institutions have been acquired through putting the analysis of emergence and the evolutional process of preparations in place;second,the information on the licenses of medical institution preparations,the varieties of hospital preparations,staff allocation,equipment and facilities,quality management of the hospital preparation departments have been acquired by data analysis;finally,the existing problems for hospital preparations have been summarized from the three perspectives based on strengthening the quality management of allocation,monitoring the adverse reactions,and establishing a reevaluation system,proposing effective measures and good suggestions.Conclusion:The development of hospital preparations in the future,at first,will depend on enforcing quality management by their own,research and development for the new preparations,and the improvement of competitiveness.Second,instructions in various forms on supervision and management of Medical Products Administration and laws and regulations will be needed to keep a continuous,healthy and steady forward.The supervision and management will be achieved to a positive result and a healthier development only after combining with the two aspects above.
