Efficacy And Safety Of Hydrotalcite And Bismuth Potassium Citrate Respectively Combined With Triple Therapy In The Eradication Of Helicobacter Pylori

Objective:To investigate the effect and safety and related influencing factors of Magnesium aluminum carbonate（hydrotalcite,Talcid）and Bismuth Potassium Citrate respectively combined with Triple Therapy in the Eradication of Helicobacter pylori,providing a new method for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori.Methods:A total of 120 cases of ¹⁴C or ¹³C-urea breath test positive patients who visited the Gastroenterology Department of our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled and divided randomly into 2 groups,60 cases in each.Group A was treated with hydrotalcite（1000mg tid）combined with the standard triple therapy（Rabeprazole sodium 20 mg+Amoxicillin 1 000 mg+Furazolidone tablets100 mg bid for 14 days）;Group B was bismuth potassium citrate（0.6 g bid,bismuth content 220 mg）combined with the standard triple regimen（program as above）,aged 18-65 years,with a course of 14 days,and a course of 10 days for 66 to 75 years;¹⁴C or ¹³C-urea breath test was performed after 4 weeks at the end of treatment,and the clinical treatment effect,Hp eradication and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Among the 60 patients in group A,54 patients completed treatment and 51 patients successfully eradicated;among the 60 patients in group B,56patients completed treatment and 52 patients successfully eradicated;among the two groups,90.0%and 93.3%patients completed treatment according to the plan,respectively,with no statistically significant difference in completion rate.The eradication rates of ITT in group A and B were 85.0%and 86.7%respectively（χ2=0.069,P>0.05）,and those of PP were 94.4%and 92.9%respectively（χ2=0.116,P>0.05）.The eradication rates of ITT and PP between the two groups were not statistically significant.The incidence of adverse reactions in group A and group B was 20.4%and 50.0%respectively（χ2=10.546,P<0.05）.The difference was statistically significant,and the incidence of adverse reactions in group A was lower than that in group B.Conclusions:The eradication rate of Hp was similar between the two regimens,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of bismuth and potassium citrate.The eradication rate of Magnesium aluminum carbonate quadruple therapy is like that of bismuth quadruple therapy,but the incidence of adverse reactions is significantly lower than that of bismuth quadruple therapy,that is,the safety is better,so it is worth popularizing.
