Smart health has received widespread attention from people.And pharmacy services,as a key link for the successful implementation of smart health,have received widespread attention and become an important research direction.However,traditional pharmacy services are restricted by factors such as isolation of service models,poor service quality,and high service costs.It is difficult to achieve collaborative scheduling of pharmacy service resources to meet the needs of the general public for smart health services.Therefore,there is an urgent need to establish a high-quality,lowcost,low-latency pharmacy service resource collaborative scheduling method to solve this problem,which has important theoretical significance and research value.In this thesis,the cooperative scheduling of pharmacy service resources is studied to improve collaboration and sharing of pharmacy service resources and quality of pharmacy service.Including: a scheduling model for pharmacy service resources related to isolated companies,which can be divided into resource layer,task layer,and application layer is constructed.Static and dynamic cooperative scheduling models for pharmacy services are established.Improved intelligent optimization algorithms are used to solve the above problems according to the characteristics of the model.Web-based resource scheduling system is built.The specific work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the characteristics and operation mode of pharmacy service,the idea of hierarchy is adopted to analyze the attributes and logical attributes of pharmacy service.And then the resource scheduling structure of pharmacy service is constructed to realize the scheduling of isolated pharmacy service resources.(2)Aiming at the characteristics of static scheduling of pharmacy services and the actual situation of enterprise resource sharing,collaborative model of pharmacy service resource layer,task layer and application layer scheduling are proposed to improve service quality and reduce costs and service time.In order to the problem of slow convergence speed for solving this model,the generalized differential evolution algorithm based on dynamic mutation strategy is used to solve the above model and provide a solution for the static collaborative scheduling of pharmacy service.(3)Aiming at the problem of the regional distance characteristics of the dynamic scheduling and the simultaneous use of resources,collaborative scheduling model for the pharmacy service resource layer,task layer and application layer are proposed.In order to solve the problem that it is easy to fall into local optimal solution when solving this model,the cellular differential evolution algorithm based on dynamic feedback is adopted to solve the above model and provide a scheme for dynamic collaborative scheduling of pharmacy service.(4)Aiming at the complex characteristics of the pharmacy service resource scheduling,a simple and friendly Web-based pharmacy service resource scheduling system is implemented The system includes functions such as resource registration,category management,scheduling suggestions,and system management.
