| In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s social system,the continuous optimization of the economic system,the reform of the medical and health system is also constantly intensified,the quality of medical services has been more concerned by people,China’s top three hospitals are the most widely covered in the current medical service system,Grade-A hospitals can play an important role in the medical system,have a great impact and can be connected Higher and lower medical service institutions play a leading role in medical services.Therefore,it is very important to study the quality of medical services in Grade 3A hospitals.However,the evaluation system of medical services in 3A hospitals is not very perfect,and there are no specific indicators and there are not many evaluation models.At present,the first task is to establish a reasonable medical service quality evaluation model,and carry out a series of evaluation,find out the shortcomings of the medical and health system,and put forward specific solutions to specific problems,which can effectively promote the quality of hospital medical services.The main aspect of this paper is the specific implementation and application of digital medical information service quality in the field of hospital information service.The representative samples are selected and the reasonable research methods are used to carefully study the level of medical information service.Through the collection and analysis of relevant literature,the corresponding experts are consulted to build a comprehensive evaluation model of medical service quality This model is suitable for the tertiary hospitals.Through the investigation,the service quality indicators of 8 clinical departments in a 3A hospital in Chaoyang District of Changchun City from 2012 to 2017 were understood,and the indicators were analyzed scientifically,using scientific methods such as TOPSIS method.In order to find out the quality of medical services in various departments of the hospital,and put forward reasonable and feasible solutions or programs.The results show that the medical service quality evaluation model is needed for the trimethyl hospital,which is generally based on 5 dimensions and 28 evaluation indexes.Experts have evaluated various indicators,including the number of emergency patients,surgical mortality,the number of people admitted and so on.The comprehensive evaluation can obtain the following analysis results:(1)during the five years since 2012,the overall medical service quality of the hospital has been significantly strengthened,but in 2015,the medical service quality of this hospital was the worst.(2)In the same year,the service quality of eight clinical departments was ranked as follows: Wai Yi 1.83,orthopedics 2.67,Wai Er 3.33,facial features 4.17,Nei Yi 5.67,Nei Er 5.67,and infection department 6.67.(3)Longitudinal comparison of the same department in different years of medical service quality level shows that: in addition to Neiyi’s service quality is in the rising state,the second and orthopedics service quality is significantly decreased,and the service quality of other departments tends to be flat,with a relatively small increase.In this paper,the radar chart analysis method is applied to explore the application of nine dimensions in system evaluation,analyze its status and influence in the system evaluation,analyze the evaluation index from the perspective of user perceived value,and construct the evaluation function through the research and analysis of the relevant medical service system of the third class a hospital,and the evaluation results can be used for the third class a hospital The results are more scientific and comprehensive.To evaluate the service level of medical institutions,and according to their own index ranking to consider the relevant operation of increasing or decreasing indicators,to improve their own medical information service level. |
