The Clinical Observation In The Kidney Deficiency And Du Meridian Cold Type Of Ankylosing Spondylitis Treated By Long Snake Moxibustion Combined With Moving Cupping

Objective:AS is a chronic inflammation in the spine and the sacroiliac joints reaction of rheumatoid connective tissue diseases,is associated with genetic,infections,immune and other factors,AS the development of concealment,duration is long,the late spinal stiffness,joint deformities,such AS high morbidity,and irreversible illness,serious harm human health of body and mind,the disease has yet to have effect a radical cure drug compliance in patients with poor,the clinical aim is to relieve the symptoms and control the activity of the disease.This research mainly explores long snake moxibustion combined with moving cupping about effect of treatment of AS in relieving symptoms and controlling disease activity in comparison with oral administration of Sulfasalazine Tablets and Meloxicam Tablets.Methods:Patients from hospital of traditional Chinese medicine who meet the standard set,seventy participants were randomly assigned averagely to the group of long snake moxibustion combined with moving cupping or oral administration of Sulfasalazine Tablets and Meloxicam Tablets,and the treatment continued for 4 weeks.The disease assessment indexes including Main efficacy indicator of BASDAI,Other efficacy indicator syndrome of Chinese medicine,ASDAS-CRP and laboratory index after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:1、In this experiment,one case was detached from the experiment group,three case were detached from the control group;a total of sixty patients including forty males and twenty six females.2、The basic situation before treatment in both groups(gender、age、morning stiffness time、low back pain score、peripheral joint swelling or pain、TCM syndrome、BASDAI score、BASFI score、ASDAS-CRP score and activity、ESR、CRP),there was no significant difference between the two groups of these indicators(p>0.05).3、The Main efficacy indicator of BASDAI score,Other efficacy indicator TCM syndrome、BASFI score、ASDAS-CRP score、ESR、CRP in the experimental group and control group were statistically significant.(p<0.05)4、 The relative indicators including Main efficacy indicator of BASDAI score,Other efficacy indicator TCM syndrome、BASFI score、ASDAS-CRP score and activity、ESR、CRP of the two groups after treatment were compared with those before treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups of these indicators.(p>0.05).The total effective rate was 94.1% in the experimental group and 93.8% in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups of total effective rate.(p>0.05)5、There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and compliance between the experiment group and control group.(p>0.05)Conclusion:Long snake moxibustion combined with moving cupping and oral administration ofSulfasalazine Tablets and Meloxicam Tablets can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patient and Main efficacy indicator of BASDAI score,Other efficacy indicator TCM syndrome、BASFI score、ASDAS-CRP score and activity、ESR、CRP,there was no significant difference in the degree of improvement,both of which were effective.
