Study On The Relationship Between Five-Yun And Six-Qi And Metrorrhagia Based On 8552 Cases:A Case-Control Study

Objectives:Through a retrospective case-control study,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the natural and acquired luck of metrorrhagia patients at the time of conception /birth to explore the correlation between metrorrhagia and five-yun and six-qi.Methods:1.8552 cases of gynecology admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 20,2015 to January 19,2020 were collected and the database was established accordingly;2.Filter the data according to the receiving and discharging standards and complete the data cleaning;3.Calculate the date of conception according to the date of birth of the included cases,and then transform the date of birth,the date of conception and the date of admission according to the deduction rule of five movements and six Qi;4.Observe the distribution of cases by descriptive statistical analysis,and compare the distribution differences between groups by chi square test;if there are differences between groups,select the key factors by logistic regression analysis.Results:1.The date of conception was the risk factor of metrorrhagia(P<0.05),the most influential is Mao;2.The date of birth was the risk factor of metrorrhagia(P<0.05),the most influential is Mao,Chen,Wu;3.The risk factors of tiangan,dizhi,zhongyun,the qi of sitian and the qi of zaiquan were the most influential ones(P < 0.05);those be hospitalized the year of Yi,Bing,Ding,Wu are more likely to suffer from metrorrhagia;those be hospitalized the year of fire,gold,wood,water are more like to suffer from metrorrhagia;those behospitalized the year of Xu,Wei,You,Shen are more likely to suffer from metrorrhagia;those be hospitalized the year of qi of Sitian Taiyang,Taiyin,Yangming,Shaoyang are more likely to suffer from metrorrhagia;those be hospitalized the year of qi of Zaiquan Taiyang,Taiyin,Yangming,Shaoyang are more likely to suffer from metrorrhagia.Conclusion:1.The women who spend the most money in the year of conception are more likely to suffer from metrorrhagia;2.Women whose birth year is Mao,Chen and Wu are more likely to suffer from metrorrhagia the day after tomorrow;3.In the years of inclusion,Yi-wei,Bing-shen,Ding-you and Wu-xu were more likely to suffer from metrorrhagia,suggesting that "fire" might be the main cause of metrorrhagia;4.The occurrence of metrorrhagia is more susceptible to the influence of the acquired five-yun and six-qi.
