Clinical Study On Tp Chemotherapy After Surgery With Or Without Combination Of Yiqi Jiedu Theory In Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (Insufficiency Of Qi And Stagnation Of Du)

Objective: We organized the clinical research to observe the instructor Yiqi Jiedu Decoction which based on the theory of Yiqi Jiedu combined with TP chemotherapy regimen(cisplatin paclitaxel)after surgery in the patient who has non-small cell lung cancer,and to evaluate whether the theory can relief the clinical symptoms of the disease and prove the quality of patients’ life.Eventually,providing certain theoretical basis and reference in the clinical synthetical treatment of adjuvant postoperative chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Method: A total of 65 cases of NSCLC requiring TP assisted chemotherapy after surgery who were collected from the inpatient ward,and they were divided into treatment group(Yiqi Jiedu Decoction combined with TP chemotherapy regimen)and control group(only TP chemotherapy regimen)according to the sequence of visit number and the principle of randomization.Each chemotherapy cycle was 21 days,and from the first chemotherapy treatment period,patient should begin to take yiqi jiedu prescription,and we need to observe again after the end of 4 cycles of chemotherapy.the total observation cycle is 4 chemotherapy cycles.at the 12 th month we need to record the survival rate.Comparing the difference of the TCM symptoms,western quality of life questionnaire,blood routine,liver and kidney function,Tumor marker,one-year survival rate between the two groups to evaluate the clinical value of Yiqi Jiedu Decoction.Adverse reactions during treatment were recorded to evaluate the drug safety.Result: 1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age,gender,smoking history,tumor stage,pathological type,KPS score and other general information.2.In terms of tumor markers,the treatment group and the control group varies from each other significantly(P < 0.05),and the improvement of these indicators in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.1-year survival rate: there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).4.The treatment group was superior to the control group on the TCM symptoms,KPS score and western quality of life questionnaire.5.In terms of Adverse reaction to chemotherapy(bone marrow suppression,、liver and kidney function),the treatment group and the control group varies from each other significantly(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion: Compared with TP chemotherapy regimen(cisplatin paclitaxel)alone,Yiqi Jiedu Decoction combined with TP chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of non-small cell cancer(insufficiency of qi and stagnation of du)can significantly improve clinical symptoms,it also can improve the quality of life of patients to a certain extent,and effectively reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy.so,this theory has the promotion value in clinical.
