Objective:By analyzing the occurrence of posterior tibial plateau bone injury in patients with ACL rupture and avulsion fracture, the relationship between ACL rupture and avulsion fracture and posterior tibial plateau bone injury was analyzed. Methods:A total of 86 outpatients and inpatients with ACL injuries, ruptures, and avulsion fractures with knee MRI findings from June 2017 to March 2019 were searched in our hospital, aged 18-60 years, with an average age of 41.4± 14.07(18-60)Forty-eight males(55.81%)and 38 females(44.18%).The knee MRI imaging data of all patients were analyzed to record the posterior tibial plateau bone injury.According to ACL injury, patients were divided into ACL injury group,34 cases,ACL fracture group, and ACL avulsion fracture group,20 cases. The Spearman rank correlation analysis statistical method was used to study and compare the occurrence of tibia plateau posterior bone injury in three groups of patients with ACL avulsion fracture,ACL fracture and ACL injury.Analysis of possible damage mechanisms. Results:There was no statistical difference in baseline data between the three groups of patients with ACL avulsion fracture,ACL rupture, and ACL injury(Table 1).Of the 86 patients with ACL injuries,61 had posterior tibial plateau bone injuries.Of all patients with tibial plateau injuries,18 had posterior tibial plateau fractures(29.51%),and 43 had posterior tibial plateau contusion(70.49%).(Table2).The back bone injury of the tibial plateau was recorded in three groups of patients.Spearman rank correlation analysisshowed that the ACL injury was related to the back bone injury of the tibial plateau and was positively correlated(R = 0.506,P = 0.000)(Table 2).Conclusion:Anterior cruciate ligament injury is related to the posterior bone injury of the tibial plateau. It is a positive correlation. As the degree of anterior cruciate ligament injury increases, from anterior cruciate ligament injury to anterior cruciate ligament rupture to anterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture,The greater the probability of posterior bone injury. In clinical work,if the patient has anterior cruciate ligament injury,MRI is recommended to pay attention to whether there is bone injury on the back side of the tibial plateau to avoid misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis. |
