Part one cost-effectiveness analysis of four treatment options for Helicobacter pylori eradication in Liaoning Objectives: Helicobacter pylori infection is a common public health problem today and is closely related to the incidence of many diseases. This study combines clinical data from a large comprehensive tertiary hospital in Liaoning,China to evaluate the pharmacoeconomics of the four currently used treatment options for Helicobacter pylori eradication, and to provide a reference for the selection of clinical treatment options for Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods: Based on retrospective analysis and research,a cost-effectiveness analysis of four treatment options for Helicobacter pylori eradication commonly used in a large comprehensive tertiary hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,and related sensitivity analysis. Results: The results of the study showed that "esmeprazole(20 mg,bid)+ amoxicillin(1000 mg,bid)+ furazolidone(100 mg,bid)+ bismuth potassium citrate(220 mg,bid),14d" compared with other treatment options It has a relatively satisfactory therapeutic effect in eradicating Helicobacter pylori and has more pharmacoeconomic value. The sensitivity analysis results are consistent with the research results. Conclusion: Bismuth quadruple therapy can effectively eradicate Helicobacter pylori,in which "esmeprazole(20 mg,bid)+ amoxicillin(1000 mg,bid)+ furazolidone(100 mg,bid)+ bismuth potassium citrate(220 mg,bid),14d" has better treatment effect and has higher drug economics.Part two cost-effectiveness analysis of four treatment strategies for Helicobacter pylori eradication in China based on decision tree modelsObjectives: This study is based on the research published in China at present, and through the construction of a decision tree model, specific pharmacoeconomic analysis of the four bismuth treatment schemes recommended in the "Fifth National Consensus Report on Helicobacter Pylori Infection Treatment" in China To provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: Through the construction of a decision tree model, the pharmacoeconomic evaluation of the four commonly used treatment options for Helicobacter pylori eradication recommended in our guidelines. Results: The results of the study showed that "esmeprazole(20 mg,bid)+ amoxicillin(1000 mg,bid)+ clarithromycin(500 mg,bid)+ bismuth potassium citrate(220 mg,bid),14 d "treatment was the best, with a H.pylori eradication rate of 92.8%(95% CI: 0.909-0.948).The results of pharmacoeconomic analysis show that, compared with other treatment options,"esomeprazole(20 mg,bid)+ amoxicillin(1000 mg,bid)+ furazolidone(100 mg,bid)+ bismuth potassium citrate(220 mg,bid),10 d ”was the superior solution, and the sensitivity analysis results were consistent with the results of pharmacoeconomic evaluation. Conclusion: Compared with other treatment options,"esomeprazole(20 mg,bid)+ amoxicillin(1000 mg,bid)+ furazolidone(100 mg,bid)+ bismuth potassium citrate(220 mg,bid),10d" plan is more economical, and it is recommended to give priority consideration when selecting a treatment plan in the clinic.
