Objective: Summarize the urinary bacterial culture results,general status and related biochemical indicators of clinical patients in Shengjing Hospital from 2015 to 2017,and analyze the bacterial distribution,drug resistance rate and related risk factors..Methods: Through the HIS system of Shengjing Hospital,check the medical records,collect the medical records of positive results of urine bacteria culture in Shengjing Hospital from 2015 to 2017,record the results of urine bacterial culture,general status and related biochemical indicators of clinical patients Pathogenic bacteria;cultivated with BD FX400,identified bacteria with BD phoenix100 automatic microbial analyzer;KB method or micro-dilution method to determine drug sensitivity;statistical analysis with Excel software.Results :A total of 717 cases were collected,of which 389 were female(54.3%)and 328 were male(45.7%).Women are generally higher than men;the top five are Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Enterococcus faecium,Enterococcus faecalis,and Streptococcus agalactiae;resistance rates to Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae More common than before,especially levofloxacin,aztreonam,second-generation cephalosporin antibiotics;all drug susceptibility rates to Klebsiella pneumoniae reached above 10%.At the same time,antibiotics with high sensitivity to Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae are recommended for cefotetan and meropenem.The resistance rate of Enterococcus faecium is generally higher than that of Enterococcus faecalis.The five departments with the most positive urine cultures were urology,rehabilitation,nephrology,ICU,and neurosurgery,accounting for 79.1% of the total.The number of bacteria cultured in the operating department was significantly higher,and the distribution ratio was relatively average.The number of bacteria cultured in the non-operation department was relatively small,and the distribution was more concentrated.Conclusion :Summary of local bacterial culture distribution and analysis of drug resistance rate will let us recognize the existence of problems and warn us of clinical work.Compared with nationwide research,local data analysis is not only of equal significance but also We provide more personalized diagnosis and treatment programs.
