Objective: To observe the effect of different injections ways of triamcinolone acetonide on postoperative inflammatory response and albumin in patients with laparoscopic radical resection of intestinal cancer. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into three groups(n=20): control group(C group),acupoint injection group(X group)and intramuscular injection group(J group)by random digital table method. In group C,1ml of normal saline was injected into bilateral Zusanli before operation,In group X,10 mg of triamcinolone acetonide was injected into bilateral Zusanli before operation and 10 mg of triamcinolone acetonide was injected into bilateral ectogluteus in group J before operation after general anesthesia.Numeration of leukocyte and plasma albumin concentration were recorded at all time points before(T0),the first day after operation(T1),the third day after operation(T2),and the seventh day after operation(T3).Adverse reactions and postoperative complications such as nausea and vomiting were recorded.Result: There was no significant difference in the basic data and intraoperative conditions among the three groups. The plasma albumin levels in each group were lower at T1、T2、T3 than before compared with the T0 time; There was no significant difference in preoperative plasma albumin levels between the three groups.Compared with the C group, plasma albumin increased at T2 time in group X and group J,and plasma albumin increased at T3 time J groups compared with group C.Compared with the C group, the leukocyte count decreased T2 time in X group and J group, but there was no significant difference in leukocyte count at each time point in the group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative intestinal complications and adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting in the three groups. Conclusion: Acupoint and intramuscular injection of triamcinolone acetonide can promote the recovery of plasma albumin to normal physiological level as soon as possible. |
