Analysis Of Professor Zhou Yabin In Differentiating And Treating Auricular Fibrillation

Objective:Using statistical software to analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment cases of Professor Zhou Yabin’s treatment of atrial fibrillation,sum up the high-frequency drugs,and analyze the parallel relationship between the drugs,aiming to get the characteristics of the tutor’s medication group for atrial fibrillation.Methods:This subject uses a retrospective study and selects the outpatient department of cardiology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to March2019.All patients with atrial fibrillation diagnosed and treated by Professor Zhou Yabin,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,95 cases of atrial fibrillation were screened out.All cases were counted,a complete database was established,and the patient’s syndrome type,frequency of use of drugs,drugs,sex,and meridian were statistically analyzed.And input the high-frequency drugs from 95 prescriptions into SPSS23.0 statistical software for cluster analysis,analyze the relationship between drugs,draw commonly used drug pairs and drug combinations,and discuss the rule of medication used by the instructor to treat atrial fibrillation.Result:1.Generally:In the 95 cases of atrial fibrillation screened by statistics,female patients were the majority(58.95%).Most patients aged 65-80(56.84%).The distribution of TCM syndromes types are as follows:Deficiency of Heart-yin syndrome,Heart-blood stasis type,Phlegm turbidity syndrome,Deficiency of both Heart and Spleen syndrome,Deficiency of Heart and Timidity syndrome,Deficiency of Heart-yang syndrome,Deficiency of Liver and Kidney yin syndrome,Exogenous factor attact Heart.The main clinical symptoms with a frequency greater than 10% are palpitation,shortness of breath,chest tightness,tiredness,sleeplessness,irritability,irritability,chestpain,abdominal distension,anorexia,phlegm,spontaneous sweating,irritability,dizziness,night sweats,complexion,constipation.2.Prescription medication results:The Chinese medicines with the highest frequency of the top 35 Chinese herbs(frequency≥ 20%)are:liquorice,astragalus,codonopsis,poria,gansong,fushen,schisandra,polygala,ophiopogon japonicus,bupleurum,baicalin,platycodon grandiflorum,panax notoginseng,pinellia,salvia,sour dates,keel,oysters,rhubarb,cassia twig,cimicifuga,paeonia,radix rehmanniae,angelica,lily,xiangfu,floating Wheat,ligusticum wallichii,tuber fleeceflower stem,platycladi seed,yam,albizia peel,fructus aurantii immaturus,magnetite,white atractylodes.The top three medicines are tonic medicine,tranquilizer and heat-clearing medicines.The top three of medicinal properties are placid drugs,mild drugs,and slightly cold drugs;the top three of the five flavors of drugs are sweet,bitter,and acrid;The top three drug meridians are heart,spleen and lung.Through cluster analysis,7 drug pairs and 3 drug combinations were obtained.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhou Yabin’s most commonly used drugs for treating atrial fibrillation are liquorice,astragalus,codonopsis,poria,gansong,fushen,schisandra,polygala,ophiopogon japonicus,bupleurum.2.Professor Zhou Yabin’s main medicines for atrial fibrillation are tonic medicine,tranquilizer medicine,and heat-clearing medicine.Professor Zhou Yabin’s medicine for treating atrial fibrillation is mainly classified into the heart,spleen and lung meridian,and the main flavors of the medicine are sweet,bitter and acrid.3.Professor Zhou Yabin’s drugs for treating atrial fibrillation mainly belong to the heart,spleen,and lung meridians.The main medicinal properties of the drug are placid drugs,mild drugs,and slightly cold drugs.4.In the 95 patients with atrial fibrillation treated by Professor Zhou Yabin,the most common syndrome type is Cardio-yin deficiency syndrome,so Tonifying qi and yin is the main treatment.
