Clinical Observation Of Professor Zhang Fuli Applying Teng Shao Wen Dan Decoction To Treat Hypertension Of Liver Yang And Hypertension Of Phlegm And Dampness

Objective:Through systematic research,Professor Zhang Fuli used the self-made Teng Shao Wen Dan Decoction to treat the hypertensive liver and phlegmhypertensive hypertension based on the theory of Wang Mengying’s theory of treating "Gang Yang" and "phlegm and dampness".Features and curative effect,with a view to better popularize and apply it in clinic.Methods:According to the research and application of mentor Professor Zhang Fuli based on Wang Mengying’s theory of treating "Liver Yang" and "phlegm and dampness" combined disease,using self-made Teng Shao Wendan Decoction to treat hypertensive liver and phlegm and dampness type hypertension Research methods of clinical observation,collected 120 cases of hypertensive liver and phlegm dampness-type hypertension treated by mentor at Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese medicine from March 2018 to March 2019.Clinical treatment analysis and safety assessment.Results:1.General data: There is no significant difference in gender ratio between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),and there is no statistically significant difference in age between the two groups(P>0.05);2.Analysis of blood pressure change: there was no statistical difference in the blood pressure level(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure difference)of the two groups before treatment.After 4weeks of treatment,we can see that the blood pressure level of the two groups decreased,indicating that the difference in the blood pressure level of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);but the treatment group The decrease of blood pressure in the treatment group was better than that in the control group;3.The results of clinical efficacy analysis showed that:The treatmentgroup was dominated by 71.7% of marked effect,while the control group was dominated by 45.0%;the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 81.7%.Significance(P<0.01);The clinical efficacy of Teng Shao Wen Dan Tang in the treatment group is significantly better than that in the control group;4.Comparison of TCM syndrome points: The average level of total TCM syndrome points of the two groups before treatment is 43,and there is no significant difference between the two groups of TCM syndromes before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients decreased,and the symptoms of TCM were significantly improved(P<0.05),indicating that the difference between the two groups of TCM syndromes was statistically significant(P<0.05)The curative effect of Teng Shao Wen Dan Tang in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group;5.Comparison of the total curative effect of TCM syndromes: The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients is mainly effective,of which the total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.3%,while the effective rate of the control group is 80.0%,indicating that the treatment group Teng Shao Wen Dan Tang The curative effect is obviously higher than the control group.Conclusion:The application of tengshao Wendan Decoction in the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang and dampness of phlegm can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of the patients.At the same time,it has a significant clinical effect and high safety in improving TCM syndromes.Based on Wang Mengying’s theory of treating the combination of "liver Yang" and "phlegm dampness",the application of tengshao Wendan Decoction in the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang and dampness of phlegm,It has good clinical effect and high clinical application value.
