| With the continuous development of society,the main contradiction of our society at this stage is the contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development of society.The overall growth of medical resources in our country fails to keep up with the economic growth,the relationship between doctors and patients becomes more and more tense,and the conflicts between doctors and patients are also increasing.This phenomenon has become a stumbling block for the healthy and sound development of the medical and health industry in our country.The masses think that it is difficult to see a doctor,expensive to see a doctor and full of distrust of doctors.However,the medical workers over treat the doctor in order to avoid responsibility,and the power of market regulation is limited.How to manage the medical and health authorities and how to cooperate with other relevant departments have been hot topics in the society.This paper takes the main functions of the government in the treatment of Doctor-patient Conflict as the research object,starts from the specific cases,finds problems according to the phenomenon,analyzes problems according to the data,and then puts forward suggestions,through the use of Marxist theory of government functions and the principal-agent theory of government functions,and mainly uses literature retrieval,questionnaire survey,data analysis and other research methods to analyze in detail This paper discusses the current situation of Doctor-patient Conflict,the government’s due function,the current situation and effect of the government’s function in the treatment of Doctor-patient Conflict,as well as its shortcomings,so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures to prevent the occurrence of Doctor-patient Conflict and resolve the conflict between doctors and patients,so as to promote the government to improve the relevant functions in the treatment of Doctor-patient Conflict. |
