The Role Of Acupoint Massage On LP,GH,AC And Some Liver And Kidney Function Indexes Of Some Compulsory Detoxification Staff In Lanzhou

Objective: To investigate the role of acupuncture point massage stimulation on the levels of serum LP,GH,AC and some liver and kidney function indexes of heroin addicts in compulsory detoxification personnel in Lanzhou,to provide new ideas for drug rehabilitation and reference for the formulation and implementation of effective intervention measures for addicts.Methods: There were 219 heroin addicts recruited from Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center of Justice Bureau in Lanzhou and Women’s Compulsory Seizure Centers of Gansu Province,including 115 males and 104 females.From Physical Examination Center,the First and the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University recruited 80 healthy people as health control group,including 40 males and 40 females.Divide the compulsory detoxification staff into four periods(acute detoxification period,detoxification consolidate period,detoxification rehabilitation period,return to society period)according to the different stages of detoxification,the serological results of all the subjects in each detoxification period were statistically compared with those of the normal control group.Addicts in the same period were randomly divided into detoxification control group and detoxification massage group.Detoxification massage groups were given interventions through the acupuncture point massage for 12 weeks and detoxification control group not.Before and after intervention at 8 weeks,12 weeks,serum LP,GH and AC level of all the subjects were detected.Before and a after intervention at 12 weeks,some liver and kidney function indexes were detected.The serum levels of all the indicators after intervention of detoxification massage group were statistically compared with those of detoxification control group.Result:1.The level of the indicators in different detoxification stages of heroin addicts(1)The serum LP level of male heroin addicts in detoxification consolidate period(7.30±5.99μg/L)was significantly higher than those in healthy controls(4.47±4.47μg/L)(P<0.05),GH of heroin addicts in male return to society period(2.17±2.57μg/L)and female detoxification rehabilitation period(2.86±5.34μg/L)were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(0.82±0.87μg/L,1.23±1.17μg/L)(P<0.05),and AC of heroin addicts in all periods(155.33±33.96ng/L,164.95±32.31ng/L,175.99±38.03ng/L,189.91±151.90ng/L,261.04±193.54ng/L,161.64±107.07ng/L)were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(86.30±67.89ng/L,75.58±63.79ng/L)(P<0.05);(2)The serum AST level of female detoxification consolidate period(22.03±7.11U/L)and detoxification rehabilitation period(21.85±6.51U/L)were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(17.88±5.44U/L)(P<0.05),the differences of female acute detoxification period AST(24.03±10.88U/L)and healthy controls(17.88±5.44U/L)were very significant(P<0.01),ALT of female acute detoxification period(25.93±23.70U/L)was significantly higher than those in healthy controls(17.12±9.22U/L)(P<0.05),TBIL of female detoxification consolidate period(15.80±4.30μmol/L)and detoxification rehabilitation period(15.52±3.64μmol/L)were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(13.42±4.17μmol/L)(P<0.05),the differences of DBIL of female detoxification consolidate period(3.96±1.22μmol/L),detoxification rehabilitation period(3.86±0.98μmol/L)and healthy controls(3.11±1.49μmol/L)were very significant(P<0.01),IBIL of female detoxification consolidate period(12.13±3.42μmol/L)was significantly higher than those in healthy controls(10.31±3.96μmol/L)(P<0.05);AST of male detoxification consolidate period(25.69±7.94U/L)and detoxification rehabilitation period(25.26±9.19U/L)were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(19.56±5.89U/L)(P<0.05),the differences of male return to society period AST(33.53±17.54U/L)and healthy controls(19.56±5.89U/L)were very significant(P<0.01),ALT of male return to society period(49.53±32.87U/L)was very significantly higher than those in healthy controls(25.53±11.72U/L)(P<0.01);(3)BUN of female acute detoxification period(4.84±0.93mmol/L)and detoxification consolidate period(4.65±1.03mmol/L)were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(4.23±0.71mmol/L)(P<0.05),the differences of UA of female acute detoxification period(190.00±44.11μmol/L)and healthy controls(281.43±56.57μmol/L)was very significant(P<0.01),the differences of Cr of male detoxification consolidate period(70.82±6.10μmol/L)and healthy controls(75.40±7.72μmol/L)was very significant(P<0.01).2.Effect of acupoint massage on the indicators in heroin addicts(1)After 8 weeks of intervention,LP of female detoxification massage group in acute detoxification period(3.35±5.87μg/L)was significantly lower than those in detoxification control group(5.58±7.44μg/L)(P<0.05),After 12 weeks of intervention,LP of female detoxification massage group in detoxification rehabilitation period(2.65±2.30μg/L),male detoxification consolidate period(2.84±1.09μg/L)and male detoxification rehabilitation period 2.44±0.42μg/L)were significantly lower than those in each detoxification control group(4.48±5.00μg/L,4.03±2.14μg/L,2.93±0.73μg/L)(P<0.05).(2)There is no obvious difference in other indicators.Conclusion: Compared with each healthy control group,LP in heroin addicts increased in the early stages of detoxification,and then became normal.However,GH increased in the late stages of detoxification,and AC increased in all stages,and the changes showed a downward trend.The changes of liver and kidney function indexes at different stages of the heroin addicts reflect that heroin has obvious damage to liver function and less damage on kidney function,yet none of them have clinical significance.Acupuncture point massage can reduce the serum LP level of heroin addicts in detoxification,which suggests that acupuncture point massage has a positive effect on the process of body function recovery,its role in detoxification works worthy of further study.
