With China's economic sour and the improvement of medical treatment level,the average life expectancy of the population continues to increase.The aging of the population and the care of the elderly people are also being more and more important.Improving the production efficiency of rehabilitation nursing beds to meet the needs of market development is of great significance for improving the level of medical services in our country,on the other hand,increasing the scientificity of manufacturing enterprises' decision-making and the flexibility of production systems is also of great importance.Traditional nursing bed manufacturing enterprises cannot adapt itself to the rapidly increasing changes of market demand.Therefore,this paper uses some methods and principles of industrial engineering improvement and combined with the system layout design to verify the scientificity of facility layout design,on the other hand,it also uses the simulation software to simulate the actual production.Compared with traditional manufacturing production,it will do great improvement of enterprise production efficiency.This paper takes the production workshop of a rehabilitation nursing bed factory as the research object,and carries out the following research to realize the production line balance and facility layout design simulation:It investigates the production workshop and analyzes the production status on the spot.We collects the products' size data,the processing flow data and some related information about the factory,and then we analyze the current status of the overall layout of the factory,and summarizing the current production problems of the factory.It provide some raw data for the follow-up production line analysis and simulation modeling.This paper does the production line balance improvement and facility layout design verification for the problems that occurred on the production site.It combines the improvement-methods of industrial engineering to solve the problems of low production line balance rate and waste of resources,it also uses system layout design methods to check whether there are shortcomings of the initial layout planning,which can improve the scientific of our analysis.It uses Anylogic software to conduct the simulation on the basis of on-site improvement.The simulation model focuses on the design of the environmental model and logical structure of the production system,the model collects the statistics about the time that raw materials in system and equipment utilization and some other results,the results can give the algorithm optimization a specific direction.We study the path planning algorithm for the workers' rest area based on the previous simulation results.For the problem that workers take a long time to move the raw materials in the factory,this paper uses the A* algorithm to find the best result.The methods of simulating the production situation of the factory and analyzing the production bottleneck problems can make improvement for the factory.On the other hand,it has important guidance for the rehabilitation nursing bed to improve the efficiency of factory planning and adapt itself to the changing market demand.
