Objective:To investigate the correlativity with blood serum lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)、blood bilirubin 、carotid artery ultrasound and the severity degree of coronary heart diseases,To investigate the significance of the Lp-PLA2 levels、blood bilirubin levels、carotid artery ultrasound with coronary heart diseases(CHD),and the relationship between the Lp-PLA2 levels、blood bilirubin levels、carotid artery ultrasound and the risk factors of CHD.To analyze and verify the relationship between these indicators and severities of coronary artery disease,so as to make a preliminary risk assessment for CHD.Methods:Selected to stay in Weihai Municipal Hospital Cardiology between January 2018 and June 2018,with suspected line has chest pain of coronary angiography(the CAG),and meet the criteria for selection of 90 cases of patients. We retrospectively analyzed 90 patients who received coronary angiography(the CAG)selection and divided into coronary heart disease group(the lesion ≥ 50 % narrow was an effective standard,n=50)and control group(n=40)according to coronary angiography results. The general data(including age,sex and smoking history, etc.)of the two groups were recorded. All of the selected patients measured the plasma Lp-PLA2 levels、blood biochemistry(fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, kidney function, liver function, etc.),carotid artery Intima-media Thickness(IMT)of the two groups were detected by ultrasonic examination. The use of Gensini’s score was based on the results of coronary angiography.Comparison of Lp-PLA2 levels 、blood bilirubin 、carotid artery ultrasound between different coronary heart disease and normal group.Compare the Lp-PLA2 levels、blood bilirubin levels、carotid artery ultrasound in every Gensini integral group and the normal group. We used SPSS22.0 statistical software to process and analyze the data. There were significant differences in statistics(P < 0.05).Results:1.There were no significant difference in sex, age,BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Coronary heart disease group of lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 average 167.09±37.90ug/L,significantly higher than the control group, significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001).Coronary artery stenosis patients were divided into three different subgroups.Coronary atherosclerosis group the levels of lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(Gensini score<20,20≤Gensini’s score <40 and Gensini’s score ≥40 groups)were: 136.04±34.48ug/L、162.53±23.69ug/L、203.76±25.59ug/L.The results show that coronary heart disease(CHD)in every subgroup of lipid related phospholipase A2 levels were higher than the control group, and there were significant differences in statistics(P < 0.05).Lp-PLA2 level is higher in the Gensini’s score ≥40 groups than in the Gensini’s score<20 group and 20≤Gensini’s score <40 group, respectively;there were significant differences in statistics(P<0.05).The Lp-PLA2 level of CHD group was obviously higher than the healthy group, and the Lp-PLA2 level of coronary heart disease group was significantly correlated with the Gensini’s score.3.Compared with Non-CAD group,CAD group had decreased serum levels of TBIL,the detective rate of hyperbilirubinemia had decreasing trend;Multiple linear regression analysis showed that DBIL,IBIL level is the independent risk factors for CAD development, and negatively correlated with CAD.4.Carotid plaque and carotid intima thickness were significantly correlated with coronary heart disease, and showed an increasing trend as the number of coronary artery lesions increased.Conclusions:1.The level of Lp-PLA2 increased is a risk factor for CHD.With the increase of Gensini’s score, the level of Lp-PLA2 increased also.2.The low level of serum bilirubin in patients with coronary heart disease, low level of bilirubin may be lead to a risk factor for coronary heart disease3.Carotid atherosclerosis has good correlation with the atherosclerosis of coronary artery. The high-risk population of CAD can predicted by carotid ultrasonography, when carotid ultrasonography showed carotid atherosclerosis.4.The high Lp-PLA2 level、decreased TBIL levels and carotid atherosclerosis are important influencing factors of CHD,and have important value for evaluation and prediction on progression of coronary heart disease. |
