Objective:To investigate the personal and home environment factors that may be related to the development of infant AD.Material and method: 65 children with atopic dermatitis were selected from January 2019 to December 2019 in the Department of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University as the study group,and 65 healthy infants from the same period of time were selected as the control group.By telephone follow-up,the correlation with AD was analyzed on smoking environment exposure,room decoration,room air quality,pet keeping and so on.Results:In the analysis of related factors,the family history of allergic diseases,the mode of delivery,the exposure of tobacco smoke environment after the baby’s birth,baby’s exposure to sunlight and the ground material of the baby’s bedroom were statistically significant.In the multivariate logistic regression analysis,family history of atopic disease,delivery mode and the infant mother ‘s frequency of make-up during pregnancy were the influencing factors of infant AD.Conclusion:Family history of atopic diseases,mode of delivery,postnatal tobacco smoke environmental exposure baby’s exposure to sunlight and the ground material of the baby’s bedroom are relevant factors for AD in infants.Family history of atopic disease,delivery mode and the infant mother ‘s frequency of make-up during pregnancy are the main influencing factors of infant AD.
