Expression And Significance Of P130CAS In Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Objective:By analyzing the expression difference of P130 cas in epithelial ovarian cancer and normal ovarian tissue,the relationship between P130 cas and the occurrence,development and prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer was explored.Methods: A total of 84 specimens and 21 normal ovarian tissue specimens collected from January 2016 to July 2017 at the Shengjing Hospital affiliated to the China Medical University and pathologically confirmed to be epithelial ovarian cancer were collected by immunohistochemical staining,Western blot and reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction were used to compare the expression of P130 cas in normal ovarian tissue and epithelial ovarian cancer tissue.Collect clinical data of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer,including age,clinical stage,ascites,lymph node metastasis,etc.,and follow-up patients for recurrence,metastasis and death.T test was used to evaluate P130 cas in normal ovarian tissue and epithelial ovarian cancer The expression differences in tissues were evaluated and the relationship between the expression level of P130 cas and the clinical features and prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer was evaluated.Results:1.The expression level of P130 cas in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue was higher than that in normal ovarian tissue,and the difference was statistically significant(P =0.025).2.In epithelial ovarian cancer tissues,the expression level of P130 cas was different in patients with different clinical characteristics,and the differences were statistically significant(P values were 0.007,0.034,0.010,respectively).3.In patients with epithelial ovarian cancer,it was found that the expression level of P130 cas in tumor tissues with recurrence,death and other poor prognosis was higher than that in tumor tissues without recurrence and survival,and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.0003).Conclusion:Compared with normal ovarian tissues,P130 cas expression was increased in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues.In epithelial ovarian cancer tissues,the high expression of P130 cas is often closely related to clinical characteristics such as poor clinical staging,associated lymph node metastasis,and ascites,and suggestspoor prognosis.
