| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of pricking blood collaterals therapy combined with rehabilitation training on the spasticity of the upper limb in patients with strokeMethod:The 72 patients with upper limb spasm after stroke were randomly divided into the stabbing blood rehabilitation group and the rehabilitation group,there were 36 patients in each group.Both groups received routine treatment,and the rehabilitation group received routine rehabilitation treatment,rehabilitation training for once a day and rested for 1 day after continuous treatment for 6 days,2 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The stabbing blood rehabilitation group received the blood pricking collaterals therapy on the basis of the rehabilitation group.The pricking blood collaterals was performed once every other day,three times a week,2 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The scores of Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)and Modified Barthel index(MBI)were observed before and after treatment.The changes of integrated electromyogram(IEMG)of the biceps of the affected upper limb was detected in the two groups.The efficacy was evaluatedResult:1.The difference of MASăFMA and MBI scores between the two groups after treatment were significant improved compared with those before treatment(all P<0.05);and the improvement degree of the stabbing blood rehabilitation group was better than that of the rehabilitation group(P<0.05)2.The difference of IEMG of biceps between the two groups after treatment was significantly lower compared with that before treatment(all P<0.05);and the decline degree of the stabbing blood rehabilitation group was better than that of the rehabilitation group(P<0.05)3.After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared,the stabbing blood rehabilitation group was 88.9%,and the rehabilitation group was 72.2%.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),The results showed that the total effective rate of the stabbing blood rehabilitation group was better than that of the rehabilitation groupConclusion:1.The pricking blood collaterals therapy combined with rehabilitation training and simple rehabilitation training can effectively change the spasticity of the upper limb in patients and improve limb function and daily living ability,and the pricking blood collaterals therapy combined with rehabilitation training is better than the simple rehabilitation training2.The pricking blood collaterals therapy combined with rehabilitation training and simple rehabilitation training can effectively reduce the IEMG value of the biceps of the affected side.and the pricking blood collaterals therapy combined with rehabilitation training is better than the simple rehabilitation training3.The pricking blood collaterals therapy combined with rehabilitation training is more effective than rehabilitation alone in the treatment of upper limb spasm after stroke. |
