| Objective:This study is to observe, evaluate and analyze the clinical curative effect of brachial plexus nerve root type cervical spondylosis, and aims to provide a new and feasible method for the treatment of brachial plexus nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods:Sixty patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into groups, including 30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group. The method of the control group is to use ordinary acupuncture conventional acupuncture treatment. The treatment group is to select acupuncture points based on the treatment of the control group and carry out acupuncture treatment of acupuncture needles.Shoulder penetrating through the extreme spring, the treatment course is once a day,6 times as a treatment course,a total of two treatment courses, each treatment interval is one day.According to the McGill pain questionnaire, the Tanaka Yasuhisa cervical spine disease 20-point scale and the NPQ neck pain scale, patients were scored, sorted, and evaluated before and after treatment. Finally, the overall efficacy results were summarized and evaluated.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the McGill pain score,Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylosis 20-point score and NPQ neck pain score before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable. The difference was significant(P<0.05),and the score of the treatment group after treatment was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.0 1),which was statistically significant.2.The effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Awn needle penetration combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture is effective in the treatment of brachial plexus radiculopathy.2.Acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture can better relieve patients’ pain and other symptoms in the treatment of brachial plexus cervical spondylopathy, which shows that puncture acupuncture is effective and feasible in the treatment of brachial plexus cervical spondylosis Scheme. |
