OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of Ki67,P53 and E-cad in Tibetan women with breast cancer in Tibet,and to analyze the correlation between them.METHODS:This study selected the Tibet autonomous region people’s hospital between January 2013 and January 2017 in accordance with the standard set of 67 cases of Tibetan female patients with breast cancer in this area as the research object,and statistic the clinical symptoms,and patients of group into the way such as via phone for 3years follow-up,the collection of data by using SPSS software to rigorous statistical analysis.RESULTS: Ki67: The difference in its high expression status was statistically significant in the grouping of patients with specific age of onset(90.9% in the grouping of patients younger than 50 years and65.2% in the grouping of patients older than 50 years).The difference in its high expression status was statistically significant in the grouping of patients with or without lymph node metastasis(90.2% in patients with metastasis and 69.2% in patients without metastasis).The difference in its high expression status was statistically significant in the specifichistological grading of the patients(it was 89.7% at grade 1-2 and 33.3%at grade 3).The high expression of Ki67 was not statistically different in the other groups(P > 0.05).E-cad: the difference in its low expression status was statistically significant in the group with or without lymph node metastasis(29.3% in patients with metastasis and 7.7% in patients without metastasis).The difference in its low expression status was statistically significant in the patients’ specific molecular typing group(60.0% in TNBC and 9.6% in non-tnbc),but was not statistically significant in the other groups(P > 0.05).P53: Its positive expression of the state of the differences exist in patients with lymph node is to transfer this group is significant in statistics(Its transfer has occurred in patients was 75.6%,and 30.8% in patients who were not shift),and in several other group is no difference in statistics(P > 0.05).In patients with breast cancer,the expression of P53 and Ki67 situation analysis,found that the relationship between the two was positive correlation(r = 0.551,P <0.001),However,there was no correlation between the expression of e-cad and the relationship between P53 and Ki67(r=0.086,P>0.05)and(r=-0.143,P>0.05).Patients who underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer were followed up and their disease-free survival was analyzed.It was found that the existence of lymph node metastasis and the high expression of ki67 were the adverse factors affecting the disease-free survival of patients after mastectomy.Conclusion: 1.The Ki67: Specific onset age,whether patients with lymph node in patients with existing transfer case,the patient’s specific grading of pathological histology(grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ)all can affect Ki67 molecular expression in high,this research shows that if the patient’s specific lower onset age,patients with lymph node has existed for transfer situation,histologic level in patients with its specific classification(grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ)is higher,by the analysis of its high expression rate will be increased accordingly.2.E-cad: The specific molecular classification of patients(according to the status of ER,PR,her-2 and Ki67)and the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis can affect the expression of patients.This study showed that under the condition of triple negative and confirmed presence of lymph node metastasis,the low expression rate of patients would increase accordingly after analysis.3.P53: Whether the lymph nodes of patients have confirmed the existence of metastasis can affect the expression of P53 molecule.As the lymph nodes of patients have confirmed the occurrence of metastasis and the expression of P53 is analyzed,the positive rate will also increase accordingly.4.At the same time,this study made a statistical analysis of these three indicators of breast cancer in Tibetan women in Tibet,and the results showed that there was a close correlation between the two indicators of Ki67 and P53 in breast cancer patients,and the analysis showed that they were mutually promoting.However,E-cadis not closely related to the other two and is independent.Lymph node metastasis and high expression of ki67 in pathological tissue are unfavorable factors for postoperative treatment.5.Breast cancer patients still have a high probability of recurrence and metastasis after radical surgery,among which lymph node metastasis and high expression of ki67 are adverse factors affecting the disease-free survival time of patients after surgery.
