Objective TBI is a common and frequently-occurring disease. Its incidence is second only to limb fractures, but its residual mortality rate is the highest. However, the pathogenesis of mild craniocerebral injury(m TBI)has not yet been clarified,so no clear diagnostic criteria, identification and treatment strategies have been established so far.Because the current diagnosis of various types of craniocerebral injury is based on clinical manifestations or Glasgow coma scoring system(GCS)or physical examination of the nervous system or CT scans of the brain have their own limitations, more and more recently Scholars have further studied the blood markers of m TBI from the level of cellular molecules.A large number of studies have shown that TBI is one of the risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease, and abnormal accumulation of serum Tau protein has been confirmed to be closely related to Alzheimer’s disease. This study explores the correlation between changes in serum Tau protein of mild acute craniocerebral injury(TBI)and the degree of injury and prognosis, providing a reference for early clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 60 patients with acute craniocerebral injury(TBI)treated in neurosurgery of Chaohu Hospital affiliated to An Medical University from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as observation objects(observation group),and all acute brain injuries(The TCS scores were in the range of 13-15 when patients were admitted to the hospital, and the family members or other healthy volunteers of patients who matched the general TBI data during the same period were selected as the control group and signed the informed consent.Serum Tau levels were measured in observation and control groups at 1,3,5,7,and 14 days after injury, and the prognosis of patients was assessed using GOS scores at 6 months after injury. The poorgroup was divided into 4-5 groups with good prognosis, and the two groups were evaluated and analyzed with the quality of life SF-36 score. Finally,SPSS 21.00 software was used to analyze the correlation and prognosis of changes in serum Tau protein at different time periods with those in the control group.Result The serum Tau protein levels of patients in the TBI group were significantly higher than those in the control group on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th,and 14 th days after injury(P <0.05);they were divided into prognosis according to the GOS scores of patients at different time periods in the TBI group. The poor prognosis group(8 cases)and the good prognosis group(52 cases),the serum Tau protein content in different prognosis time periods of the poor prognosis group were significantly higher than those of the good prognosis group(P <0.05);the patients with good prognosis group had different prognosis time The quality of life SF-36 scores were significantly higher than those in the poor prognosis group(P <0.05).Serum Tau protein had a good correlation with quality of life. Conclusion Although mild head injury(including concussion)is by far the most common,it is also the most difficult to diagnose and most difficult to understand. Some mild persistent traumatic brain injuries show gradual duration and have long-term weakness.Effect, and TBI can independently accelerate a variety of age-related neural changes, which shows that the study of light brain injury has a crucial role.Continuous m TBI can slowly develop into chronic traumatic encephalopathy(CTE),the aggregation of Tau protein in neurons around cerebral blood vessels in the CTE,and the accumulation of Tau protein in cells at the base of the sulcus. Therefore, the dynamic monitoring of serum Tau in response to the diagnosis and monitoring of chronic traumatic encephalopathy has important significance and application prospects.Based on a large amount of experimental data, the Tau proteinin mild traumatic brain injury serum was significantly higher than that in the control group.Control the further development of the CTE condition. The serum Tau protein content in the different prognosis time periods of the poor prognosis group in the TBI of this test was significantly higher than that of the patients with good prognosis and the patients with good prognosis. The SF-36 scores of quality of life were significantly higher than those of patients with poor prognosis. The group test reflected that TBI serum Tau protein is also closely related to the prognosis of patients. |
