| Objective: To explore the changes of gait parameters in patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,so as to provide objective data and theoretical reference for clinical rehabilitation evaluation and efficacy evaluation Methods: Using footscan plantar pressure test system to collect plantar pressure data of patients and healthy subjects after unilateral anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, the kinematic parameters(including step length, pace, single support phase length, double support phase length)and plantar pressure parameters(including dynamic and static plantar pressure center movement displacement and speed, plantar partition pressure)of subjects were compared and analyzed The relationship between gait symmetry and gait speed was compared. Results: In the experimental group, the pressure of M5 and MF(26.21±4.70 kpa,29.91±3.86kpa)were higher than that of the healthy side(21.21±3.27 kpa,19.80±2.7k Pa),and the difference was statistically significant;in the experimental group, the pressure of MH and LH(47.79±5.22,53.90±6.41)were lower than that of the healthy side(73.21 ±7.17,90.37± 8.21),and the difference was statistically significant The total length of the locus of force center(4.94 ± 2.36 mm,62.23 ± 38.10mm)was significantly higher than that of the control group(3.06±1.42 mm,33.68±19.58mm),and the difference was statistically significant;the ratio of foot pressure in the experimental group(0.86±0.30)was significantly lower than that in the control group(1.08±0.14);the ratio of foot pressure in the affected side of the experimental group(1.14±0.68)was significantly higher than that in the healthy side(0.80±0.32),and in the control side(1.14±0.32)Compared with the control group(60.66±9.93 cm,1.23±0.23m/s),the step length and walking speed of the experimental group(37.14 ±10.77 cm,0.56 ± 0.22m/s)were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant;the single support phase,COP-Y(0.76 ± 0.23 s,8.80 ± 0.81cm)and the healthy side(0.93±0.24 s,7.12±1.26cm)of the experimental group were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant Compared with the control group(0.25±0.03s),the duration of the experimental group(0.45± 0.15s)was longer and the difference was statistically significant;compared with the control group, the duration of the experimental group(24.21±6.57,24.64±3.48)and the COP-Y symmetry index(5.05±2.45,5.46±2.31)were longer and the difference was statistically significant;the walking speed of the experimental group was highly negatively correlated with the time symmetry index of single support phase(r =-0.87,P<0.01),and moderately negatively correlated with the COP-Y symmetry index(r =-0.74,P<0.01).Conclusion: In 2?4 weeks after ACL reconstruction, the walking ability and balance control ability of the patients were lower than that of the normal people;the weight-bearing ability of the affected side and the transfer ability of the plantar load were weakened;the plantar pressure of the affected side was redistributed;the pressure load distribution of both lower limbs was uneven when standing, and the kinetic parameters of both lower limbs showed an asymmetric pattern when walking, and this asymmetric pattern had certain changes with the walking speed Relevance. The plantar pressure test system can detect the changes of gait parameters of patients after ACL reconstruction,so as to evaluate the abnormal gait of patients, guide the rehabilitation treatment after ACL reconstruction, and also can be used to evaluate the effect of surgery. |
