| Objective: to investigate the difference of expression and degree of KDM5 B and Cyclin D1 in gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues. To analyze the relationship between the expression of KDM5 B and Cyclin D1 in gastric cancer and clinical indexes, including age, sex, degree of tissue differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis,as well as the relationship between the difference of expression degree and clinical indexes. To determine the role of KDM5 B in gastric cancer and its relationship with cell cycle regulation. Methods: from September 2018 to October 2019,102 gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were collected from the Department of Pathology, affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University. The expression of KDM5 B and Cyclin D1 in gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the experimental data were analyzed by statistical methods. Results: 1.The positive expression rates of KDM5 B in gastric cancer tissues from weak positive to strong positive were 19.61%,32.35% and 45.10%,respectively,and those of KDM5 B from weak positive to strong positive in paracancerous tissues were 44.12%,10.78% and 5.88%,respectively.The expression of KDM5 B in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression of KDM5 B in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues.2.The positive expression rates of Cyclin D1 in gastric cancer tissues from weak positive to strong positive were 19.61%,28.43% and 38.24% respectively, and the positive expression rates of Cyclin D1 from weak positive to strong positive in adjacent tissues were 39.22%,20.59% and 10.78%,respectively.The expression of Cyclin D1 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues(P < 0.05).The positive expression of Cyclin D1 in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues.3.The expression of KDM5B and Cyclin D1 had no significant difference with the age and sex of patients with gastric cancer(P>0.05),but had significant difference with the degree of tissue differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05).Among them, the positive expression was significantly increased in patients with poor differentiation,T 3 / T 4 stage and lymph node metastasis.4.There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of KDM5 B and Cyclin D1 in gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The positive expression rates ofKDM5 B and Cyclin D1 in gastric cancer tissues are significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues, and the degree of positive expression in gastric cancer tissues is significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues.1.The expression of KDM5B and Cyclin D1 was not significantly different from the age and sex of patients with gastric cancer, but significantly different from the degree of tissue differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis, and the positive expression was significantly increased in patients with poor differentiation,T3 / T4 stage and lymph node metastasis.2.There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of KDM5 B and Cyclin D1 in gastric cancer. |
