| Objective:In this paper,the clinical efficacy of hyaluronic acid injection in the treatment of lacrimal duct malformation was compared with that of Collagen injection in the treatment of lacrimal duct malformation,it provides a more generalized method for the injection treatment of Lacrimal grooveMethods:Methods from December 2018 to August 2019,a total of 50 patients with Lacrimal groove deformity were treated by hyaluronic acid or Collagen,including 25 women in Group A and 25 women in Group B,all female.There was no significant difference in sex,age and the degree of Lacrimal groove deformity between the two groups(p>0.05).Objective:to evaluate the preoperative,postoperative 1 month,postoperative 3 months,postoperative 6 months of patients with partial TTRS score and Barton’s grade rating scale and postoperative 6 months of patient satisfaction.SPSS 17.0 statistical software package was used for statistical analysis,the basic description of counting data using cases and composition ratio,the normal distribution of measurement data using mean data standard deviation,the assumption that the comparison between the counting data using C2 test,two independent samples t test were used to compare the normal distribution measurement data between two groups,the variance analysis of completely random design data was used to compare the normal distribution measurement data between two groups,and the Lsd-t test was used to compare the two groups,p<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Results:All the patients were followed up after operation.No serious complications such as infection,embolism and vision loss were found in all patients,but there was aggravation in hyaluronic acid group and no aggravation in Collagen group.All in all,the use of hyaluronic acid and Collagen during the follow-up period made significant improvements in the treatment of lacrimal socket deformity,and Collagen treatment was superior to hyaluronic acid treatment.1.Partial TTRS score.The patrial TTRS scores of hyaluronic acid group before operation,1 month after operation,3 months after operation and 6 months after operation respectively were 4.32±1.1 8,2.32 ±0.75,2.52±0.71,3.16±0.90 and Collagen group were 4.28± 1.10,1.72±0.61,1.84±0.75.2.36±0.76.According to the analysis of variance of the completely random design data,the difference between hyaluronic acid group and collagen group before operation,January,March,and June was statistically significant(P<0.05).and LSD-t was further compared in pairs except January.There was no statistically significant difference between March and March,and the differences between the remaining groups were statistically significant(P<005).The hyaluronic acid group and the collagen group were not statistically significant except for preoperative differences(P=0.902)),The difference was statistically significant in January,March and June(P<0.05).2.Barton’s grade scale.The number of Grade 0,Grade 1 and Grade 2 of Barton’s grade before,1 month,3 months and 6 months after the surgery were 0,18,7;1 month,25,0;3 months,25.0;6 months,21,4,0.The number of Grade 0,Grade 1 and Grade 2 of Barton’s grade before,1 month,3 months and 6 months postoperatively were 0,20,5;1 month,25,0;3 months,25,0;6 months,22,3,0.There was significant difference between hyaluronic acid group and collagen group in months before and after operation(p<0.001)3.Degree of satisfaction.Six months after operation.16 patients in hyaluronic acid group were satisfied,4 patients were satisfied,5 patients were dissatisfied,the satisfactory rate was 80%,18 patients in collagen group were satisfied,6 patients were satisfied,1 patient was dissatisfied,the satisfactory rate was 96%,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040)Conclusion:Through the statistical analysis of the results,the injection of Collagen and hyaluronic acid has a good effect in the treatment of lacrimal socket deformity,however,Collagen is superior to hyaluronic acid in terms of durability and safety in treating "dark circles" and promoting its own collagen production.Therefore,Collagen is more effective than hyaluronic acid in the treatment of lacrimal duct malformation,but the price of Collagen is a little higher,the choice of brands and types is narrow,and the two materials will be absorbed over time,and need to be treated again,good communication with the patient is required... |
