| Objective:To explore the characteristics of body composition of the middle-aged and elderly people of the Dali Bai nationality and their relationship with bone mineral density.Method:Measurement of 191 47-82-year-old Dali Bai nationality middle-aged and elderly population composition indicators,including fat,total muscle mass,protein,skeletal muscle mass,total moisture,bone mineral content,visceral fat index,body fat percentage,compared middle-aged There were differences in body composition between the group and the elderly group.Among them,70 cases were measured with an ultrasonic bone densitometer to measure the bone density of the right heel,and the relationship between them and body composition was analyzed.Results:1.The protein content,muscle mass,lean body mass,bone mineral content,skeletal muscle content,basal metabolism,trunk muscles,limb muscles of the middle-aged group were higher than those of the elderly group(P<0.05);2.The fat mass,body fat percentage,trunk fat mass,and limb fat mass of female middle-aged and old-aged groups are higher than that of males,protein content,muscle mass,lean body mass,bone mineral content,skeletal muscle content,basal metabolism,trunk muscle The volume and muscle volume of the extremities are lower than those of males(P<0.05);3.Compared with Kunming Han nationality,Dali Bai people have lower body mass index and body fat percentage than Kunming Han people(P<0.01),and muscle mass,lean body weight,and protein are higher than Kunming Han people(P<0.01);Compared with the Guizhou Yi and Tujia,the Dali Bai male has higher body mass index,body fat percentage and visceral fat index than the Guizhou Yi nationality(P<0.05),and the body fat percentage is higher than the Guizhou Tujia(P<0.05);body fat percentage,The visceral fat index,total muscle mass,and trunk muscle mass in women were higher than those of the Yi and Tujia nationalities in Guizhou(P<0.05).4.The ultrasound BUA,SOS and T values of middle-aged group were significantly higher than those of elderly group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Ultrasound bone density T value is positively correlated with height,weight,basal metabolism,protein content,muscle mass,skeletal muscle mass,lean body mass,and total water(OR values are 0.47,0.317,0.537,0.443,0.450,0.417,0.411,0.449,respectively.P<0.05).Conclusions1.The body fat content of middle-aged and elderly women in Dali Bai is higher than that of men,and their muscle mass and mineral content are lower than that of men;the muscle mass and mineral content of elderly people is lower than that of middle-aged people,which is similar to other ethnic studies.2.Due to heredity,regional environment,eating habits,labor intensity and other reasons,there are differences in the composition of the Bai population in Dali,the Yi population in Guizhou,the rural population in Tujia,and the urban population in Han nationality in Kunming.3.Bone density is significantly positively correlated with height,weight,muscle mass,protein,basal metabolism and other indicators,prompting appropriate physical labor and physical exercise,giving a high-quality protein diet,maintaining a certain weight,helping to maintain bone mass and reduce bone Lost. |
