| Objective:To summarize the experience of nutritional support treatment,to explore the effect of early enteral nutrition on the postoperative patients with esophageal cancer,so as to provide theoretical basis for further improving the postoperative nutritional support mode and promoting the rapid rehabilitation of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods:From June 2013 to November 2019,52 cases of esophageal cancerwere collected according to the inclusion/exclusion criteria.According to the implementation time of enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer operation in our department, the patients were divided into two groups:early enteral nutrition group(een group):25 cases, the patients began to receive enteral nutrition combined with parenteral nutrition through duodenal nasogastric tube or jejunostomy tube within 7 days(average 5.88 days)after operation.Non early enteral nutrition group(n-een group):27 patients,8-13 days after operation(average 9.29 days)began to receive enteral nutrition combined with parenteral nutrition through duodenal feeding tube or jejunostomy tube(17 cases)or complete parenteral nutrition through central vein(10 cases). The differences of age, sex, pathological type, operation mode, anastomotic mode, preoperative malnutrition, postoperative complications(anastomotic leakage, anastomotic stenosis, pulmonary infection)and postoperative hospital stay between een group and n-een group were compared.SPSS19.0 was used for data statistical analysis. The measurement data was expressed as mean ± standard deviation(x±s).The mean of the two samples was tested. The counting data is expressed by frequency and rate, and the test or fish exact probability method is used.P<0.05 means the difference is statistically significant. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, sex, pathological type, operation mode, anastomotic mode and preoperative malnutrition(P>0.05).In terms of complications, the incidence of anastomotic leakage and pulmonary infection in een group was significantly lower than that in n-een group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of anastomotic stenosis between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of postoperative hospital stay, the postoperative hospital stay of een group was significantly shorter than that of n-een group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition can reduce the incidence of anastomotic leakage, lung infection and overall complications, shorten the postoperative hospital stay, and promote the rapid recovery of esophageal cancer patients. |
