| Objective:Cardiac neurosis is one of the common clinical diseases.The pathogenesis of this disease is complex and unclear.The clinical symptoms of patients are not specific.The treatment of this disease is diverse,but its clinical effect is not good,which greatly affects the patients.Quality of Life.In recent years,acupuncture has been widely used in cardiac neurosis,and its effect is significant.To further explore the effect of Flupentixol Melitracencombined with acupuncture on cardiac symptoms,psychological status,quality of life and therapeutic effect in patients with cardiac neurosis.This study was conducted in a randomized controlled trial of Flupentixol Melitracen combined with acupuncture for cardiac neurosis in order to develop cardiac neurosis.The theoretical basis for the improvement of clinical outcomes is provided.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with cardiac neurosis admitted to our hospital from January 20 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(44)and the control group(44).The control group was treated with western medicine:on this basis,flupentixol and melitrazine tablets were given orally,1 tablet/time,and the oral medicine was taken once a day at noon.The test group was treated with alboxidil and melitrizin tablets combined with acupuncture:based on western medicine treatment in the control group,Baihui,Neiguan,Shenting,Taichong,Sanyinjiao,and Zusanli were selected for acupuncture.Both groups of patients were given psychological intervention.Observe and compare the basic conditions,symptom scores,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,total effective rate of treatment,incidence of adverse reactions and the SF-36 quality of life scale.(The medical outcomes study 36-Item short-form health survey,SF-36 QOL)evaluated the quality of life of the two groups of patients.Result:1.Comparison of baseline data between the two groups of patients:test group and control group in terms of age,gender,blood pressure,education,creatinine(CRE),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),history of hypertension,history of diabetes.There were no statistical differences in smoking history and other indicators(P>0.05).2.Comparison of symptom scores between the two groups:Before treatment,the difference of symptom totalscores between the two groups was not significant(P=0.42).After operation,the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.001).Symptom totalscores were significantly lower than the control group(P=0.001).3.Comparison of SAS score and SDS score between the two groups:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SAS score(P=0.90)and SDS score(P=0.57)between the experimental group and the control group.After operation,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.001).Among them,the SAS score(P<0.001)of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group and the SDS score(P=0.007)of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group.4.Comparison of quality of life scores between the two groups:The quality of life total scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.001).5.Comparison of adverse reactions in the two groups:there were 7 cases of adverse reaction in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 15.91%,there were 5 cases of adverse reaction in the test group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 11.36%.6.Comparison of clinical treatment effect and treatment cost between the two groups of patients:the total clinical effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 95.47%,and the total clinical effective rate of the patients in the control group was 75%,a significant difference(P=0.04);The treatment cost of patients in the experimental group was slightly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.Compared with Flupentixol Melitracen alone,Flupentixol Melitracen combined with acupuncture treatment of cardiac neurosis can effectively improve the total effective rate of patients,and the clinical effect is remarkable.2.Compared with Flupentixol Melitracen alone,Flupentixol Melitracen combined with acupuncture treatment of cardiac neurosis can effectively improve clinical symptoms such as anxiety and depression,and improve patients’ quality of life.3.Flupentixol Melitracen combined with acupuncture treatment of cardiac neurosis adverse reactions and the use of Flupentixol Melitracen alone is not significant difference,acupuncture therapy is a safe and effective treatment,it is worth promoting. |
