In recent years,the rapid,accurate,and portable detection of prothrombin time(PT)indicators has been paid more and more attention by the medical community.Most of the portable instruments currently on the market are expensive and the detection accuracy is not high.In view of this situation,the research on portable rapid prothrombin time detection system has practical application value and clinical value.Based on the electrochemical detection method,this thesis implements a portable rapid prothrombin time detection system.The system consists of two parts:hardware and software:the hardware includes MCU minimum system,potentiostat,detection circuit,temperature control circuit and other core modules.The voltage of the potentiostat is set to 0.3V and the constant temperature is set to 37℃.The software includes the underlying software controlled by the MCU and the application software on the PC side.In the data processing algorithm,a neural network is introduced to analyze the detection results.After the system design was completed,the overall test was carried out,and the results were compared and analyzed by different methods.System testing includes repeatability testing and discrimination testing.Repeatability test experiments show that the system detection CV values of different samples are 2.59%,2.43%and 3.65%,which well proves the detection stability of the system;the discrimination test experiment also verifies the feasibility of the system for different PT detection.In the data analysis method comparison experiment,the results of the four data analysis methods were compared with the SYSMEX CS 5100 detection standard PT value fitting.The fitting coefficients R2 were the difference fitting result was 0.98,the empirical formula fitting result was 0.984 The prediction result of traditional BP network is 0.993,and the prediction result of optimized BP network is 0.996.Test experiments show that the BP neural network can better meet the needs of data processing.The system analyzes and processes the sampled data through the neural network,which solves the matching problem between the sensor and the detection system,realizes the accurate conversion of the detection data to the PT value and makes the prothrombin time POCT system have higher accuracy.In addition,the size of the implemented system is only 5.5cm×15cm,which meets the requirements of portable instruments.
