| Objective:To study the clinical effect of Weining granule combined with colloidal bismuth pectin on patients with gastric precancerous lesion and,to provide reference for clinical treatment of precancerous lesion,detection of VEGF and p53 expression in gastric tissue to verify the effect of drugs on the expression of VEGF and p53 in precancerous lesions.Methods:From October 2016 to June 2018,the data of patients with precancerous lesions were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital.The patients’gastroscope pathological wax block before medication and the follow-up after 3 months after the end of medication and helicobacter pylori(Hp),serum immunoassay and other indicators after the treatment were analyzed.According to the different medication regimens of the patients,they were divided into Wei Ning granule combined with colloidal bismuth pectin group(experimental group)and Wei Fuchun tablet combined with colloidal bismuth pectin group(control group).To observe the clinical effect of the two groups,the treatment effect of the patients,the situation of Helicobacter pylori infection,the change of serum immune index,the blood routine,the biochemical index of liver and kidney function,and the observation results under gastroscopy before and after treatment.Results:(1)Two groups of patients were evaluated 3 months after treatment.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 89.13%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 65.22%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,there was statistical significance P<0.05.(2)Before treatment,the patients in the experimental group and the control group had positive or suspicious positive after Helicobacter pylori test,and there was no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05.After 3 months of separate medication,the experimental group before treatment,positive patients of Helicobacter pylori detection were less than that of the control group,negative patients were significantly more than that of the control group,P<0.05,there was no difference in positive patients,P>0.05.(3)The serum immunologic indexes of the two groups were within the normal range before treatment,and there was no significant difference in the serum immunological indexes between the two groups,P>0.05.After treatment,the serum immunological indexes of the patients in the experimental group and the control group,there was significant difference in serum immunological indexes,P<0.05.(4)The blood routine indexes:The white blood cells as well as neutrophils in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the white blood cells count and the neutrophils in the experimental group were superior to the control group,P<0.05.There was no effect in platelet count,there was no difference in platelets and hemoglobin in two groups before and after the treatment,P>0.05.It also indicated the reliability and safety of the drug.(5)Biochemical indexes:before and after treatment,there was no difference between the two groups in alanine aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase creatinine,cholesterol and so on,P>0.05.It indicated the reliability and safety of the drug in the course of drug use.(6)Western Blot results showed that the expression of VEGF and p53 protein in the pathological tissues of patients before treatment was high,and the expression of both was significantly decreased after treatment,and the expression of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The results of immunohistochemistry were consistent with those of Western Blot.It was found that p53 protein was highly expressed in the nucleus of gastroscope in the two groups before treatment.VEGF was highly expressed in glandular epithelium,serous cells and vascular endothelium.After treatment,the expression of p53 protein in the nucleus decreased,and the expression of VEGF in glandular epithelium,serous cells and vascular endothelium was also significantly decreased,but the expression of VEGF and p53 protein in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.(7)Gastroscopic observation results show,before treatment in two groups,there were lamellar lesions of gastric tissue under gastroscopy.After 3 months of treatment,in experimental group,the blotchy changes can be seen scattered in the flake erosion.In the control group,there were flake erosion spots and erosion depression The experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The clinical effect,microscopic aspect of serum immunity and inflammatory cells and liver and kidney function and biochemical indexes of Weining granule combined with colloidal bismuth pectin are better than those of Weifu Chun tablet.combined with colloidal bismuth pectin colloidal pectin bismuth2.The results of detection of tumor-associated genes VEGF and p53 protein showed that the effect of Weining Granules combined with colloidal pectin bismuth on VEGF and p53 protein was significantly better than that of Weifuchun tabletscombined with colloidal bismuth pectin.
