Objective: Observe the effect of Huoxue Tongmai Recipe on inflammatory factors after PCI in patients with heart and blood stasis ACS,and evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety. Methods: This study included a total of 60 ACS patients who were qualified as blood stasis type and underwent PCI in our hospital.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment, while the treatment group received Huoxue Tongmai prescription on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment. The observation course of both groups lasted 14 days.TCM syndrome score, inflammatory factor concentration, blood lipid level, electrocardiogram efficacy and various safety indicators were compared before and after treatment.Results:1.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group was 93.33% and 73.33%,respectively.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.TCM syndrome score: Compared before and after treatment, the treatment plan could significantly improve the symptoms of chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitations, purple complexion and insomnia of the patients, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.01),while the difference is statisticallysignificant in the control group(P < 0.05).The improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Inflammatory factor indicators: Before and after treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α between the two groups(P < 0.01);after treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in hs-CRP and TNF-α between the two groups(P < 0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in IL-6(P > 0.05).4.Lipid profile: Between the two groups, there were statistically significant differences in TC,TG and LDL-C before and after treatment(P < 0.01);after treatment, there were statistically significant differences in TC,TG and LDL-C between the two groups(P > 0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in HDL-C(P > 0.05).5.Ecg indicators: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 86.67% and 63.33%,respectively.The difference in ecg efficacy between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy with Huoxue Tongmai Recipe and western medicine can improve clinical symptoms after PCI in patients with heart-blood stasis ACS,reduce inflammatory factor levels, and optimize blood lipids, electrocardiogram, etc. At the same time, the clinical application of Huoxue Tongmai prescription was safe.
