Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Therapy Of Invigorating Spleen And Stomach By Conducting Qi In Treatment Of Simple Obesity Induced By Splenic Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Type

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of treating simple obesity of spleen and kidney yang deficiency by using the acupuncture method of "inducing qi to yuan,strengthening spleen and stomach" and the common acupuncture method.Methods: From February 2019 to February 2020,56 cases of simple obesity with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang were divided into two groups:treatment group(treatment group)and control group(routine acupuncture group).Treatment group to take points and operation methods: Zhongwan,Xiawan,Qihai,Guanyuan,Tianshu,Daheng,Daimai,Zu Sanli,Fenglong,Yin Lingquan,Hegu,Taichong.Among them,Zhongwan,Xiawan,Qihai,Guan Yuan,Tianshu,Daheng used acupuncture and tonifying method to warm and moxibustion,Zu Sanli,Fenglong,Yin Lingquan used flat tonifying and reducing method,Hegu,Taichong used acupuncture and diarrhea method;control group took acupoints and operation methods: Zhongwan,Tianshu,Quchi,Yin Lingquan,Furlong,Taichong,return,lower epigastric,Zhongji,acupuncture diarrhea method.The above treatment 3 times a week,the next day operation 1,treatment 1 month as a course of treatment,a total of 1course of treatment.observe and evaluate the efficacy after 6 and 12 treatments,respectively.Evaluation of curative effect includes: weight,BMI value,waist circumference,hip circumference,TCM curative effect score and so on.Results: One case of each group fell off during the experiment,and after the experiment,the treatment group and the control group were 27 cases respectively.The comparison of age,sex and course of disease between the treatment group and the control group was comparable(P>0.05).The difference of weight,BMI、 waist circumference,waist-hip ratio and TCM syndrome score between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),suggesting that the clinical symptoms of both groups were improved and alleviated after treatment,among which the treatment group was better than the control group;the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.07%.Conclusion: the acupuncture method of "qi-induced yuan invigorating spleen and stomach" and common acupuncture method in treating simple obesity with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang can play the role of reducing weight and reducing weight;the acupuncture method of "qi-induced yuan invigorating spleen and stomach" is superior to the common acupuncture method in treating simple obesity with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.
