| Objects: By investigating the current situation of urination function, urinary tract infection and comfort in patients after laparoscopic renal cancer treatment, analyzing the influencing factors, studying the effect of catheter indwelling time on urination function, urinary tract infection and comfort, and using a graph to explore the relationship between catheter retention time and urination function, urinary tract infection and comfort, with a view to providing reference for clinical practice. Methods: Selected 157 patients with kidney cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in a Tertiary III A hospital in Changsha City,Hunan Province, from March 2018 to November 2019.All patients retain the catheter during surgery, and use basic data to survey patients after surgery basic information and catheter removal data.Immediately after the patient removed the catheter, the patient’s comfort meter was measured with a simplified kolcaba comfort meter, and the urine flow rate of the patient’s first urination and the amount of residual urine after the first urination were removed, leaving the second urination culture specimen sent for examination to detect whether the patient had a urinary tract infection.Using IBM SPSS 20.0 analysis data, using statistical description methods to describe the patient’s general data and the relevant materials after catheter removal, using two independent samplet test,single-factor anova analysis,card-side test, binary logistic regression analysis,multi-linear regression analysis for statistical analysis, test level α=0.05.Results:(1)157 cases(urinary tract infection): 26 cases was infected,131 cases was not occur, rate of infection was 16.6%.Multivariate analysis showed that the influencing factors of urinary tract infection were sex, catheter indewlling time, combined urinary system stones, and surgery time(P<0.0 5).(2)157 cases(urine flow rate): abnormal 62 cases, normal 95 cases, rate of infection abnormanl was 39.49%.Multivariate analysis showed that the influencing factor was the catheter indewlling time and surgery time(P<0.05).(3)157 cases(residual urine volume): abnormal 115 cases, normal 42 cases, rate of infection abnormanl was 73.25%.Multivariate analysis showed that the influencing factor was the catheter indewlling time(P<0.05).(4)157 cases of the comfort score are intermediate level.Multiple stepwise regression analysis the catheter indewlling time was all the influencing factors of comfort score(P<0.05).(5)The curve showed that the urinary tract infection rate, the abnormal rate of urine flow rate, the abnormal rate of residual urine volume increased with the increase of catheterization retention time, the comfort score decreased with the increase of catheterization time.Conclusions:(1)The catheter indwelling time is the main influence factor of urinary tract infection, residual urine volume, urine flow rate and comfort in patients with renal cell carcinoma under laparoscopy.(2)The longer the atheter indwelling time, the higher incidence of urinary tract infection, the higher the abnormal rate of urine flow rate and the higher the abnormal rate of residual urine volume, which affects the recovery of urination function to a certain extent. |
