Research On The Regular Pattern Of The Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Children’s Bacterial Pneumonia Based On Data Mining

Objective: Through the prescription of bacterial pneumonia in children from Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)inheritance auxiliary platform,summarize the prescription rule of clinical treatment of bacterial pneumonia in children,explore the efficacy and characteristics of the new prescription,and provide the reference of drug compatibility for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bacterial pneumonia in children.Methods: In this study,350 cases of bacterial pneumonia in children were taken as the research objectives which were from Children’s diagnosis and treatment center of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional chinese medicine from January 2016 to December 2016.According to the diagnostic criteria of bacterial pneumonia in children,combined with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,350 children with bacterial pneumonia were included.Meanwhile extracting the general situation of patients and the application of traditional chinese medicine prescriptions,and input them into the auxiliary platform of TCM inheritance,making use of the platform’s statistical report system and data analysis system,counting the frequency of drug to use,four Qi and five taste and meridian tropism of the prescription,getting the high frequency drug combination and new prescription by using association rule analysis,unsupervised text clustering and improved mutual information method.Results: In this study,350 cases were included.The basic data showed that the age of onset of disease was mostly in pre-school and school-age,and males more than females.There are total 558 prescriptions were selected,and 194 drugs were used for wind heat syndrome of closing lung.107 prescriptions were selected and 147 drugs were used for phlegm heat syndrome of closing lung.It was found that the drugs used to treat the above two types of children’s bacterial pneumonia were mainly cold,warm and flat,and the five flavors were mainly bitter,pungent and sweet,and the drug channels were mainly lung,spleen and stomach,followed by heart and liver.Among them,radix scutellariae,licorice,perilla fruit,earthworm,bupleurum,almond,pinelliae,and platycodi radix are the most frequently useddrugs,the combinations are: Baiqian-radix peucedani,earthworm-perilla fruit,bupleurumradix scutellariae,citrus-pinelliae,etc.In addition,36 core drug combinations of wind heat and lung closing syndrome were found out by entropy clustering,and 18 new prescriptions were evolved,among which 6 new prescriptions(almond,saposhnikovia divaricata,houttuynia cordata,ephedra);10 new prescriptions(eupatorium,talc,cardamom and agastache);16 new prescroptions(bunge cherry seed,hempseed,cyperus rotundus,fagopyrum plant and semen platycladi)were significant clinical analysis.In Syndrome of phlegm heat closing lung,the high using frequency of drugs are scutellariae,perilla fruit,radix peucedani,licorice,almond,pinelliae,citrus and bupleurum.The combination is:bupleurum-scutellariae,coltsfoot flower-aster,perilla fruit,scutellariae-earthworm,radix peucedani,earthworm-perilla fruit,and using entropy cluster to dig out 16 core drug combinations of phlegm heat syndrome,and evolved 11 new prescriptions,among which 2new prescriptions(citrus,blackberry lily,pinelliae,poria cocos),4 new recipe(radix glehniae,bupleurum,poria cocos,radix ophiopogonis,gypsum);6 new recipe(fructus aurantii,finger citron,gentian,wheat germ)are significant in combination with clinical.Conclusion: By using of the auxiliary platform of traditional chinese medicine,analyzing a large number of clinical data,intuitively display its network structure chart,and generate new prescriptions,providing basis and new ideas for clinical treatment of diseases.
