Professor Deng Yue’s Clinical Experience In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Blocking Syndrome Of Hypertension

Objective:1、The purpose of this thesis is to sum up Professor Deng Yue academic thought and clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of phlegm and blood stasis blocking syndrome of hypertension in the last 30 years,so as to lay a foundation for the future clinical practice.2、Through observation and application of Professor Deng Yue hypertension phlegm and blood stasis blocking syndrome experience prescription,its clinical effect is comprehensively evaluated.Methods:1、Research methods:1.Collected 200 cases of prescriptions for treating hypertension phlegm and blood stasis syndrome by professor Deng Yue in recent 3 years,and established database.Used SPSS software to make statistics on all the drugs to find out the high-frequency drugs in the database,the kinds and frequency of the drugs.This paper analyzes the distribution of meridian tropism and the main treatment of efficacy by the method of flavor and meridian tropism,and reveals the cluster classification of drug by cluster analysis;through the above methods,it excavates the drug classification and the rule of medication prescribed by Professor Deng Yue in the treatment of hypertension phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and tries to elaborate his academic thoughts.2、cases were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and 72 cases were randomly grouped into 36 cases in the trial group and 36 cases in the control group.The experimental group was given a prescription for the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in hypertension.The treatment cycle was 4 weeks.To observe the curative effect of professor Deng Yue treatment of phlegm and blood stasis blocking syndrome of hypertensive disorder by adding Levamlodipine Beslate to treat phlegm and blood stasis blocking syndrome of hypertension.Results:(1)The results of the study were as follows:(1)In the analysis of drug frequency,Professor Deng Yue treated 200 cases of hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,in which there were 3975 times of occurrence of traditional Chinese medicine and 74 times of drug type;high frequency drugs were prunella vulgaris,atractylodes macrocephala,gastrodia elata,uncaria,poria cocos,alisma orientalis,cortex moutan,earthworm,oyster,chrysanthemum,coptis chinensis,paeonia alba,cassia,etc.(2)In the analysis of drug flavor and meridian tropism,the drugs in the database involve five kinds of drugs i.e.warm,cool,cold,hot,moderate,of which the types and frequency of cold drugs are the most;the database involves five kinds of drugs i.e.sour,bitter,sweet,spicy and salty.Among them,bitter drugs were used and appeared most frequently;the drugs in the database involve six kinds of drugs tropism,such as heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney,in which the types of drugs entering the liver meridian are the most and the occurrence frequency is the highest.(3)The results of cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs were divided into 14 categories.Among them,calming liver wind-extinguishing medicine,clearing heat medicine,eliminating dampness and phlegm medicine,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,wind-extinguishing medicine,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine and eliminating dampness and phlegm medicine were the drugs with the highest frequency in turn.(4)Among the results of cluster analysis,the high-frequency drugs were classified into four categories according to specific conditions,the first category were peach kernel,safflower,ginger pinellia ternata,rehmannia rehmannia,yam,yellow cypress,cinnamon,plantain and anemarrhena.The second category were radix scutellariae,leonurus japonica,fructus gardeniae,radix puerariae,herba siegneae,semen cassiae,hyacinth and cornus;The third category were oyster,chrysanthemum,alisma,the root bark of the peony tree,earthworm;The fourth category were gastrodia elata,ramuli et spina uncariae,poria cocos,rhizoma coptidis,radix paeoniae alba,atractylodes atractylodes,prunus vulgaris,the shell of abalone.(5)According to the data mining and the clinical dialectical characteristics of Professor Deng Yue,Professor DengYue empirical formula for the treatment of hypertension syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis is as follows:prunella 20g,atractylodes macrocephala 15g,gastrodia 20g,uncaria 20g,poria 25g,alisma 20g,coptis 15g,paeony 15g,the root bark of the peony tree 20g,earthworm 15g,oyster 30g,chrysanthemum 10g,the shell of abalone 30g.(6)Systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly reduced in the test and control groups after treatment(p<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.For the two groups of anthypertensive efficacy,test group was obviously better than the control group,and the total effective rate was 88.9%and 63.9%respectively.(7)The symptoms of TCM in the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved after treatment.The efficacy of the test group(total effective rate was 100%)was better than that of the control group(total effective rate was 86.1%),while the clinical efficacy of headache,vertigo,vomiting,head heaviness,insomnia,palpitations and shortness of breath was significantly different(p<0.05)Conclusion:after statistical treatment of formulas in the database,professor Deng Yue believed that phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals was the most common syndrome in hypertension,so phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals was an important pathogenesis of hypertension,and the main mechanism of occurrence and development of hypertension was wind-phlegm and blood-stasis collaterals.The maladjustment of liver and kidney for a long time leads to the disharmony of qi,blood and Yin and Yang,and it goes into collaterals for a long time.The damage of collaterals leads to stagnation of qi,poor blood flow,phlegm and blood stasis.Turbid poison and internal wind will be generated from this.In view of the pathogenesis of "wind-phlegm and blood-stasis collaterals",the application of wind-quenching and phlegm clearing and collaterals clearing method to the treatment of hypertension syndrome of phlegm and blood-stasis blocking collaterals will obtain a good effect.At the same time,the exploration of its diagnosis and treatment ideas will also provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of such diseases.This also reveals the characteristics and rules of prescription and clinical medication of professor**syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals in the treatment of hypertension.Through clinical observation,it can be concluded that Professor**empirical formula for the treatment of hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is an effective formula for Professor**to treat hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.The effect of combination with Levamlodipine Beslate is better than that of the patients treated with Levamlodipine Beslate alone,and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,with high safety and small side effects,which is worthy of clinical application.
