Study On The Distribution Characteristics Of Hemorrhagic Apoplexy Syndrome Based On The Hierarchical Latent Class Model

Objective:A cross-sectional study with multi-dimensional simultaneous cluster an alysis was conducted to explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of hemorrhagic stroke,so as to provide a basis for the prevention,treatment and reha bilitation of hemorrhagic stroke;To explore the statistical advantages of multi-layer hi dden structure in TCM syndrome differentiation,and to provide research basis for th e objective,standard and standard of TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods:A total of 200 patients were collected by information of inpatients wit h hemorrhagic stroke as the first diagnosis from the affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine,the first hospital of jilin university,the se cond hospital of jilin university,and the china-japan friendship hospital of jilin unive rsity from September 1,2018 to May 31,2019.The patients with hemorrhagic stroke were screened according to the criteria of TCM diagnosis and efficacy evaluation o f apoplexy and the Chinese guide for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral hemorr hage(2014).The basic clinical information of patients and the information of the fou r diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine were collected.SPSS25.0 software was u sed for the frequency statistics of the information of the four diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,cluster analysis was carried out by means of intra-group join clu stering method,Euclidean measurement and average join(inter-group).Lantern5.0 soft ware was used to establish the corresponding data model for statistical analysis of th e Hierarchical latent Class Model.Results:In 200 cases of hemorrhagic stroke in clustering analysis,the TCM four diagnostic information into six types,the results are as follows: the first category: t hick,smooth,breathing pockets,limbs cold,sallow complexion,voice heavy turbidity,pain has its place,thin,dry mouth,lips,dark red,bitter mouth,thin,pale and dark black,voice low,all flushed,syndrome is ShiReBingZhongJiaYu;The second type: h ot hands and feet,acerbity,purple tongue,headache,dry,weak,weak tongue,sonorous voice,aversion to cold,mild heat,god fatigue,two zygomatic flushing,solid,nu mber,slow,the skin is not benevolence,under the tongue veins,thirst and love hot drink,nocturnal urine,syndrome is QiXuXueYu,YuReShengFeng;The third category: u pset and irritable,since the sweat,yellow moss,greasy moss,float,syndrome is Tan HuoRaoXin;The fourth category: under the tongue vein blue,throat in the sputum,li ps purple dark,heavy,white moss,constipation,syndrome is TanYuHuJie;The fifth ki nd: urinal huang chi,string,syndrome is also GanHuoChiSheng;The sixth kind: fat,f at big tongue,red tongue,syndrome is ShiZhongYuRe.The Hierarchical latent Class Model analysis was carried out on 200 patients wi th hemorrhagic stroke,and the information of four TCM diagnosis was grouped into seven categories.The results were as follows: first: fine,thin,fat,number,coarse b reath,mild heat,greasy moss,yellow moss,dark red lips and white moss,syndrome is TanRuHuJie;.The second type: yellow urine,black stool,constipation,headache,pa in has a fixed place,then dry,dry mouth,bitter mouth,hands,feet and heart heat,under the tongue veins blue,syndrome is the mutual stasis and heat,syndrome is Ru ReHuJie;The third category: weak,heavy,floating,under the tongue venation varicos e,thick moss,lips purple dark,string,solid,slow,upset irritable,red tongue,syndro me is GanReShengFeng;The fourth category: astringent,slippery,nocturia much,thirst y like hot drink,the skin is not good,self-perspiration,voice heavy turbidity,god fa tigue,low voice,syndrome is QiXuTanYu;The fifth category: pale complexion,flushe d,syndrome is the PiXu;The sixth category:fat tongue,pale tongue,syndrome is the TanShiZheng;The seventh syndrome:cold hands and feet,aversion to cold,throat phl egm,voice sonorous,purple tongue,complexion dark,two zygomaticus flushing,syn drome is YangXuTanYu.Conclusion:This study summarized hemorrhagic stroke syndromes distribution ch aracteristics,and national promulgated "stroke diagnosis and curative effect evaluation standard" are approximate,mainly for the hot,wet phlegm syndrome,blood stasis,deficiency syndrome of the complex syndrome types,such as the structure of the multilayer implicit is statistical analysis of the mutual phlegm and blood stasis syndro me,phlegm heat exchange knot,Yang deficiency syndrome,liver warm wind phlegm and blood stasis.Compared with cluster analysis,the statistical method of multi-layer hidden structure is more in line with the characteristics of multi-dimension and Hie rarchical latent Class Model of TCM syndrome differentiation,which is of great sign ificance to the objective and standard of TCM syndrome differentiation.
