Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy By The Therapeutic Alliance Of "Adjusting Internal Organs And Dredging Channel" Moxibustion And Mecobalamin

Objective:1.To observe the clinical effect of the therapeutic alliance of “Adjusting internal organs and Dredging channel” moxibustion combined with mecobalamin and oral Mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),and compare the difference of therapeutic effect.2.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the therapeutic alliance of “Adjusting internal organs and Dredging channel” moxibustion combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and to provide new treatment methods and ideas for the treatment of DPN.Methods:60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient and treatment areas of the Department of Acupuncture,Endocrinology,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.Random number table method was used to divide all patients into 2 groups,that is,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.All patients maintained the original basic treatment of diabetes(receiving diabetes education,diet control,appropriate exercise increase,and hypoglycemic treatment),etc.On the basis of the control group,the patients were instructed to take oral methylcobalamin tablets 0.5 mg / time,3 times / day,1 month is a course of treatment.The treatment group received gentle moxibustion on the basis of the control group,and selected acupoint prescriptions: Feishu,Spleushu,Shenshu,Hegu,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,and Taichong.For each treatment,one point is selected for treatment,and the next treatment is for the other side,and so on.Each moxibustion takes 10 to 15 minutes to the degree of skin redness,1 day / time,5 days of treatment per week,two days of rest,1 month is a course of treatment,and the efficacy is evaluated after 1 month of continuous treatment.Before and after the treatment,three indicators were recorded: the Toronto Scoring System(TCSS),the Michigan Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Evaluation(MDNS),and the TCM Symptom Score Scale.SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistical calculation and comparative analysis to evaluate the efficacy before and after treatment.Results:1.In terms of clinical efficacy: in the control group,the total effective rate was 36.67%;in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 66.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.In terms of TCSS score: the difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In terms of MDNS score: the difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.In the aspect of TCM syndrome score: the difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The therapeutic alliance of “Adjusting internal organs and Dredging channel” moxibustion combined with mecobalamin and oral Mecobalamin alone can reduce TCSS score,MDNS score and TCM syndrome score.2.The therapeutic alliance of “Adjusting internal organs and Dredging channel” moxibustion combined with mecobalamin can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and the corresponding physical signs have also been improved.Its clinical effect is better than Mecobalamin,and it is worth popularizing.
