Research On The Development Of Rural Medical Care And Penson Service In Tai’an City

With the rapid development of our economy and the continuous improvement of the living standards of urban and rural residents,the average life span of the resident population is continuously prolonging,the trend of population aging is deepening,the disability and semi-disability problems of the elderly population are becoming increasingly prominent,and the accompanying medical and pension problems are becoming increasingly severe,especially in rural areas where economic conditions are relatively backward.Rural areas are trapped in economic and environmental conditions,and the medical and old-age care problems of the elderly population are difficult to guarantee.In addition,the traditional concept of family old-age care in rural areas is increasingly weak,and the development of medical and old-age care services is slow,making the current contradiction between supply and demand of rural medical and old-age care services more acute.Therefore,it is urgent to study the development of integrated rural medical care and elderly care services and further improve the development of rural medical care and elderly care services.Based on the above research background,this paper takes the construction of the current rural medical and nursing service system for the aged as the research subject,and uses the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,quantitative analysis.Firstly,the related concepts and theoretical basis of the rural medical and nursing combined old-age service are elaborated in detail;Secondly,the status quo of the development of rural medical and elderly care in Tai’an city was analyzed,including the current status of population ageing in Tai’an,the status of rural medical and elderly care services in Tai’an,and the mode composition of rural medical care combined with elderly care service in Tai’an city,current problems in the development of integrated medical care and elderly care services in Tai’an city;Thirdly,based on the data obtained from field surveys,a descriptive and empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the development of integrated medical care and elderly care services in rural areas in Tai’an city,mainly including Tai’an analysis of the demand for rural medical care and elderly care services in the city,and factors affecting rural elderly in Tai’an to choose medical care and elderly care services.Finally,policy development,resource allocation,talent introduction,and cognitive improvement improve the integration of rural medical care and elderly care services,system construction in Tai’an exhibition of policy proposals,and reached the following main conclusions:(1)The analysis of the current situation of the development of medical care for the aged in Tai’an City shows that with the development of economy and science and technology,the aging degree of Tai’an City is deepening,and the proportion of the elderly population in the total population of the city will maintain a high proportion for a long time to come.The finance of Tai’an City has provided great support to the development of medical and health undertakings.However,the current medical resources are still far from the medical service needs of the 1.174 million elderly population aged 60 and above in Tai’an City.While more and more rural elderly people enjoy rural medical services,there are also problems such as limited number of medical staff,slightly high vacancy rate of hospital beds,waste of resources,etc;rural institutional old-age care has developed rapidly,basically completing full coverage of urban and rural areas and having some vacant beds for the aged.In the future development of institutional old-age care,the utilization rate of relevant beds should be further improved.In the current development process of rural integration of elderly care with medical services,Tai’an municipal government has formulated relevant support policies,established and improved a series of security systems,continuously expanded the construction of talent team,and formed a new-type,multi-functional and diversified medical and pension services model.However,there are many problems in the development of rural integration of elderly care with medical services in Tai’an,such as imperfect policies and regulations,imperfect management system,unreasonable allocation and integration of resources,insufficient publicity and service levels to be improved,which make the development of medical and nursing combined old-age care services more necessary.(2)Based on the analysis of relevant field survey data,it can be seen that the needs of the elderly in the combination of medical care and nursing services are mostly concentrated in four aspects: daily life care,medical care,spiritual comfort and cultural entertainment.By using the logit model the analysis of the factors affecting rural elderly in Tai’an to choose medical and nursing care integration services shows that: the rural elderly’s educational level,economic status,health status,and regional characteristics have four factors for rural elderly in Tai’an to choose medical and nursing care integration services significant positive impact.(3)In the future,Tai’an City should establish and perfect the policy mechanism of the development of rural integration of elderly care with medical services,optimize the resource allocation of rural integration of elderly care with medical services,improve the construction of rural integration of elderly care with medical services talent team and improve the cognition of the elderly in rural areas,establish a scientific coordination and efficiency of rural integration of elderly care with medical services system to the rural integration of elderly care with medical services.To ensure the sustained and healthy development of medical care and old-age services in rural areas.
