| ObjectiveThe purpose of this project is to observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on the degree of shoulder pain, upper extremity activity and daily life ability of patients with shoulder pain after stroke, and to explore a safe and effective rehabilitation technology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the disease, and to provide a new idea for clinical improvement of rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients with shoulder pain after stroke.MethodsAccording to the principle of random control,60 patients with shoulder pain after stroke were divided into two groups,30 in the observation group and 30 in the control group. Both groups were based on the conventional western medicine and rehabilitation treatment. The observation group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. The control group was treated with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation once a day, five times a week, rest on Saturday and Sunday, for 4 weeks.VAS,FMA and BI scores were given before and after treatment respectively, and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results1.Case completion: in this study,60 patients with shoulder pain after stroke were observed, and no adverse reactions were found during the treatment. In the last 60 patients, all the studies were completed.2.General data: there was no significant difference between the two groups in age, gender, course of disease and disease(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groupstreatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment;compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference in FMA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,FMA scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).5.There was no significant difference in BI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,BI scores of the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment;compared with the control group, the improvement of the observation group was significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of total effective rate: the total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group,28 effective and 2 ineffective after treatment;the total effective rate was 73.33% in the control group,22 effective and 8 ineffective;the situation in the observation group and the control group improved after treatment, but the clinical effect in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Electroacupuncture combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and ranscutaneous electrical nerve stimulation can reduce the degree of shoulder pain in patients with post-stroke shoulder pain, improve the motor function of upper limbs and the ability of daily life activities, and then improve the quality of life of patients.2.The effect of electroacupuncture combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation is better than that of ranscutaneous electrical nerve stimulation in improving shoulder pain, upper extremity motor function and living ability.3.The overall effect of the combination of electroacupuncture and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation is better than that of single transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. The combination of the two can enrich the rehabilitationmeans of shoulder pain after stroke, improve the curative effect, and fully embody the advantages of acupuncture and electric stimulation. |
