The Clinical Observation Of Buzhong Tiaogan Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy For Liver Metastasis Of Colorectal Cancer

Objective:Observe and analyze clinical indicators such as TCM syndromes,KPS score,solid tumor efficacy,tumor markers and quality of life,and explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Buzhong Tiaogan Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of colorectal cancer liver metastasis It is hoped to provide a theoretical basis for the extensive application of this prescription in clinical practice.Methods:Selecting randomized controlled study,Screening ninety-two patients with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer with liver and spleen deficiency and sputum stasis and poison.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group(46 cases each),and the treatment group used Buzhong Tiaogan Decoction combined with Xelox chemotherapy(CAPE +OXA,and Buzhong Tiaogan Decoction).The control group received Xelox chemotherapy alone.Observe and treat 4 chemotherapy cycles(21 days per cycle),compare the changes in TCM syndrome scores,KPS ses,solid tumor size,tumor markers,quality of life scores,and safety indicators between the two groups of patients.The software SPSS25.0 performs statistical analysis.Results:1.In terms of TCM syndrome scores: compared with the control group,the treatment group improved the overall clinical effectiveness of TCM syndromes and reduced the total score of TCM syndromes,and relieved fatigue,less appetite,abdominal pain and Bowel sounds,nausea and vomiting,had significant advantages,with statistical differences(P <0.05).2.In terms of KPS score: the KPS score in the treatment group increased by 41.86%,stabilized by 55.81%,and decreased by 2.33%,and the KPS score of the control group increased by 24.39%,stabilized by 48.78%,and decreased by 17.07%;compared with the control group The treatment group had a significant effect in improving the KPS score and improving the efficacy of patients’ physical condition,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.In terms of tumor indicators:compared with the control group,the treatment group had no statistically significant difference in reducing the values of tumor indicators CEA and CA19-9(P> 0.05);the tumor indicators CEA and CA19-9 were lower than before treatment,and the difference was significant(P <0.05),and the trend of reducing tumor indicators in the treatment group was more obvious.4.In terms of objective efficacy of solid tumors: the tumor control rate(DCR)of the control group was 80.5%,the clinical response rate(RR)was 31.7%,and thetumor control rate(DCR)of the treatment group was 83.7%.The effective rate(RR)was34.9%,which was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P> 0.05),suggesting that there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of changing the objective curative effect of solid tumors.5.In terms of quality of life:compared with the control group,the quality of life scores of patients in the treatment group were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the quality of life in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was significant.(P <0.05);there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the control group and those before treatment(P> 0.05).The data show that Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy has significant advantages in improving patients’ quality of life.6.In terms of medication safety: the two groups showed common side effects of chemotherapy,but no serious adverse events occurred.Compared with the control group,the treatment group increased hemoglobin and platelet counts and relieved nausea and vomiting.There are advantages in this aspect,and the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion : Buzhong Tiaogan Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of liver metastases of liver and spleen deficiency,sputum stasis and poisonous colorectal cancer: can significantly relieve patients’ clinical symptoms,relieve disease pain,improve patients’ physical strength,improve patients’ quality of life,and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy The degree of response and the frequency of occurrence are more obvious than the clinical advantage of chemotherapy alone;the clinical advantage of objective evaluation of tumors such as controlling the size of solid tumors and reducing the value of tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9)still needs further research and certification;Serious adverse events reflect its safety and effectiveness.
