Study On The Law Of Syndrome Differentiation Of Psychological And Emotional Symptoms In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Zhang zhongjing,a famous doctor in the eastern han dynasty,wrote a treatise on typhoid and miscellaneous diseases.Among them,treatises on febrile diseases is based on the six classics to identify the clinical diseases.Although it does not explicitly put forward the treatment idea of affective disorder,there are still many provisions related to affective disorder.Through the research and sorting out of the emotional symptoms in zhongjing’s treatise on februria,this paper summarizes the pathogenic factors and characteristics of emotional symptoms in the six classics,so as to provide experience for the treatment of emotional diseases in clinical practice.Methods:Collect "treatise on febrile diseases" in the six classics of all the description of emotional symptoms,and analyze their list.Consult the later generations of the "treatise on febrile diseases" on the relevant provisions of the discussion,summarize the disease characteristics of this article.Then,the journal papers related to spirits,emotions and psychological diseases of traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved from the literature databases of cnki,wanfang and weipu by computer from 2000 to March 2020.This paper analyzes the collected literature,periodicals and papers,analyzes the related emotional symptoms in treatise on febrile diseases with the six classics as the target,and summarizes the pathogenic factors of emotional symptoms in the six classics.Results:The symptoms include speech,behavior,sleep,mood,and consciousness.In addition,the main etiology of the sun’s mood disease is heat syndrome,which includes: the mistreatment of the sun’s disease causes the hot internal sheng,up disturbance or with phlegm interknot;The disease of this classics serious medicine light;Sun disease directly into the blood chamber;The sun disease mistakenly injured Yang too much;Mismanagement of solar disease causes deficiency of Yin and Yang;Sun disease evil into little sun or wind cold wet evil for trapped.The emotional symptoms discussed in yangming disease are mainly abnormal expressions of speech,behavior,sleep,emotion,memory and consciousness,with the abnormal emotions as the main manifestation.The disease of yangming is mainlycharacterized by heat syndrome,and its etiology includes: yangming jing li is hot and blazing;Yangming heat sheng misrule Yang;Yangming heat sheng,blood heat mutual knot;After the death of Yang,Yin.The emotional symptoms discussed by shaoyang disease are abnormal in speech,behavior and consciousness.The emotional symptoms of shaoyang disease are also heat syndromes.The liver and gall are depressed.The limb of lunar disease is vexed ache is wind evil straight in lunar be caused by.The emotional symptoms discussed in shaoyin disease include abnormal speech,behavior,sleep and mood.The main causes of shaoyin disease are astir heat and astir cold.Shaoyin disease thermalization,cold;Yin flourishing Yang decline;Separation of Yin and Yang.The symptoms described in the jueyin sutra include abnormalities of speech,behavior,mood and consciousness.The emotional symptoms of jueyin disease are mainly asexic heat,asexic cold,upper heat and lower cold.Yin shengge Yang;Upper heat and lower cold or phlegm in chest;Evil into jue Yin thermalization;Yin is flourishing while Yang is not.Conclusion:Through the study of the emotional symptoms in the six classics,it can be seen that zhongjing’s treatment of emotional diseases is still carried out on the premise of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and he did not put forward its special treatment rules for a certain emotional symptoms,but from the six classics of Yin,Yang,qi and blood transfer dialectical,to rule by law.Most emotional symptoms are not exclusive to a certain once,so the clinical treatment of emotional diseases,still need to be carefully identified,with the syndrome treatment.
