Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy With "Regulating Shen To Relieve Pain" Acupuncture Method

Objective:From the perspective of clinical observation,this topic compares the curative effect of "Regulating Shen to relieve pain" acupuncture method with common acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of the nerve root type,and determines the effectiveness of"Regulating Shen to relieve pain" acupuncture method for the treatment of nerve roots for clinical acupuncture.,to provide a better treatment for clinical acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods : Seventy patients with cervical spondylotic cervical spondylosis who were treated in the acupuncture clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to December 2019 were selected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,70 cases of cervical spondylotic cervical spondylosis were met in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria Patients were randomly divided into a treatment group("Regulating Shen to relieve pain" acupuncture method)and a control group(common acupuncture),with 35 patients in each group.The treatment group and the control group were treated once a day,and 10 times was a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the effect observation and evaluation were performed.Observe and record the VAS score scale and nerve root cervical spondylosis20-point scale before and after treatment,and evaluate the efficacy.All data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 statistical software.Results:1.General data analysis: A total of 70 patients were collected and 66 cases were completed,including 34 in the treatment group and 32 in the control group.Using SPSS21.0 statistical software to analyze the results,it was concluded that there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,and course of disease,which were comparable.2.In terms of VAS scale,there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment,which is comparable;after treatment,the VAS scale scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and there was a statistical difference.It shows that the "Regulating Shen to relieve pain" acupuncture method and ordinary acupuncture can both improve the pain of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Compared with the two groups after treatment,the "Regulating Shen to relieve pain"acupuncture method scores better than the ordinary acupuncture score.The decrease is obvious,there is a statistical difference,and it is comparable,which shows that the"Regulating Shen to relieve pain" acupuncture method improves the pain of patients with cervical spondylotic nerve root type better than ordinary acupuncture.3.In the nerve root type cervical spondylosis 20-point scale,the difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant and comparable;after treatment,the nerve root type cervical spondylosis 20-point amount was compared.The scores of the table were lower than those before treatment,with statistical differences and comparability,indicating that both "Regulating Shen to relieve pain" acupuncture method and ordinary acupuncture can improve the symptoms,signs and functional status of patients with cervical spondylotic nerve root type.Comparing the two groups after treatment,the "Regulating Shen to relieve pain" acupuncture method score is significantly lower than the ordinary acupuncture scores,which is statistically different and comparable,indicating that the "Regulating Shen to relieve pain" acupuncture method is used for patients with cervical spondylotic nerve root type.The improvement of symptoms,signs and functional status is better than ordinary acupuncture.4.In terms of clinical efficacy,the effective rate of "Regulating Shen to relieve pain"acupuncture method is 91.2%,and the effective rate of ordinary acupuncture is 78.1%,which is statistically different.Ordinary acupuncture.Conclusion:1."Regulating Shen to relieve pain" acupuncture method and ordinary acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and the "Regulating Shen to relieve pain" acupuncture method has better efficacy than ordinary acupuncture.2.In the pathogenesis of nerve root type cervical spondylosis into the "Shen",pay attention to the impact of "Shen" on pain,you can apply the theory of "Regulating Shen to relieve pain" to the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis,and provide a new idea and method for clinical treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.And easy to implement,can be applied in clinical promotion.
