The Clinical Efficacy Of Yunpi Huaji Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation In Children With Milk And Food Stagnation

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yunpi Huaji decoction in treating children with functional constipation of breast food stagnation.Methods The subjects were 72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and relevant inclusion requirements of functional constipation of infantile breast accumulation stagnation type.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The data collection table of cases was improved before treatment,and the age,sex,constipation degree,total symptom score,minor symptom score,stool character,stool time and interval time were recorded.In the treatment group,traditional Chinese medicine was used to transport spleen-chemical decoction,while the control group was treated with oral Bacillus coagulans live-bacteria tablets.The dosage was adjusted according to age and body weight.The stool characters,constipation degree,defecation interval,defecation time and heart-heat,anorexia,nausea,vomiting and breath were observed after two weeks of continuous medication.primary and secondary symptoms improved.Before and after treatment,the results were compared statistically SPSS25.0 different data were analyzed and concluded.Results One child in the treatment group did not take the medicine according to the prescribed course of treatment,resulting in shedding,so there were 35 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group.After two weeks of medication observation study,the effective rate of treatment group and control group was91.4%,80.6%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group,that is,the effect of Yunpihua Ji decoction was higher than that of Bacillus coagulans.Compared the total score in the group,the P before and after treatment was less than 0.05 in both groups.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that Yunpi Huayu decoction and Bacillus coagulans Huobie tablet were used in the treatment of functional constipation emulsion in children Hysteretic syndrome has curative effect,when compared between treatment group and control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant,which proves that the effect of Yunpi Huayu decoction is better than that of Bacillus coagulans.At the single symptom score,thetwo groups were compared before and after treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,and the surface treatment group and the control group were effective in improving the single symptom score.Comparison between groups(P<0.05)on the improvement of major symptoms and minor symptoms indicated that the effect of transporting spleen-chemical decoction on improving each symptom was better.Comparison of the number of assisted defecation during treatment between the two groups(P<0.05)The significance of the study was that the decoction was better than that of Bacillus coagulans.To sum up: in the treatment of functional constipation in children with milk accumulation stagnation,the effect of Yunpi Huayu decoction on improving the total score of symptoms,main symptoms secondary symptom is better than that of Bacillus coagulans.Conclusion Yunpi Huaji decoction is effective in the treatment of functional constipation in children.It is better than Bacillus coagulans tablets.
