The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis(galbladder Heat Make Stomach Syndrome )with Addition And Subtraction Of Haoqin Qingdan Decoction

Objective:This topic is clear gallbladder clearing damp,gastric descending inverse is the treatment principle and applying classical prescription of traditional Chinese medicine addition and subtraction of Haoqin Qingdan decoction treatment of reflux esophagitis(gallbladder heat make stomach syndrome)clinical observation,the result of the treatment group and control group by statistical software analysis,objective evaluation the efficacy and safety of treatment of reflux esophagitis,provide more effective for the treatment of the disease in the future.Methods:All the patients were outpatients of the department of liver,spleen and stomach diseases,affiliated hospital of changchun university of Chinese medicine.According to the random number table method,the included 72 patients with reflux esophagitis(gallbladder heat make stomach syndrome)were divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dan wei kang capsules orally for4 weeks.In the treatment group,addition and subtraction of Haoqin Qingdan decoction was given oral therapy for 4 weeks.After the treatment,statistical software was applied to analyze the symptoms,signs and gastroscopy of the two groups of patients.Results:During the clinical treatment,4 cases were shed in the treatment group and the control group,and 32 patients in both groups completed the test according to the treatment plan.After one course of treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndromes was compared between the two groups.Among them,7 cases(21.875%)were cured in the treatment group.Obvious effect was found in 12 cases,accounting for 37.50%.10 cases were effective,accounting for 34.25%.2 cases were invalid,accounting for 6.25%.The total effective rate was 93.75%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,accounting for 6.25%;9cases showed significant effect,accounting for 28.125%;15 cases were effective,accounting for 46.875%;6 cases were ineffective,accounting for 18.75%;the total effective rate was 81.25%.P < 0.05 was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.Two groups of patients after treatment,according to theresults of gastroscope curative effect in treatment group recovered 8 cases,accounted for25.00%,10 cases had marked effect,31.25%,effective in 11 cases,accounted for 34.375%,4 cases were invalid,accounted for 12.50%,total effective rate was 87.50%,the control group recovered in 2 cases,accounted for 6.25%,8 cases were markedly effective,accounted for 25.00%,14 cases(43.75%),and to be null and void,8 cases(25.00%),the total effective rate was 75.00%,by statistical analysis,P < 0.05,statistically significant,the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:From the point of the results of clinical observation and statistical analysis,addition and subtraction of Haoqin Qingdan decoction treatment of reflux esophagitis(gallbladder heat make stomach syndrom)not only can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms and signs,also can make the esophageal mucosa under gastroscope improved,curative effect is better than that of bile stomach kang capsule,so use of addition and subtraction of Haoqin Qingdan decoction treatment of reflux esophagitis(gallbladder heat make stomach syndrom)treatment is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
