| Objective:The clinical observation of Qiyan soup on dysphagia after ischemic stroke provided a basis for the clinical application of Qiyan soup.Methods:A total of 48 subjects in the department of encephalopathy of urumqi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was given basic treatment by western medicine,and the treatment group was given qiyan soup on the basis of the control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of potable water test,NIHSS score,Barthel index score and TCM syndrome score in the two groups were observed.Results: No statistically significant difference was found between the two groups at baseline when patients were enrolled(P>0.05).After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of drinking water in the depressions between the test groups(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving neurological deficit score(NIHSS)(P >0.05).Barthel(BI)index was used to evaluate the ability of daily living,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).In terms of improving TCM syndrome,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.001).Conclusion:According to the research data,the basic treatment of qiyan soup and western medicine can improve the swallowing function,daily living ability and TCM syndrome of patients with dysphagia after ischemic stroke,and reduce the burden of life. |
