Objective: To analyze the relationship between serum fat factor concentration and insulin resistance between obese children aged 6~14 years and normal weight children in a certain region of Xinjiang and to determine the relationship between adipokines induced by obesity and the RAS system,so as to provide the basis for the possible prevention and treatment of obesity. Methods: In September 2019,an epidemiological survey of school-age children aged 6~14 years was conducted in a randomly selected Min-Han Joint School Primary School in a certain area of northern Xinjiang.A total of 1402 school-age children were investigated,of which 270 were obese and the obesity rate was 19.26%.Physical examination and blood sample collection(height, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, hemoglobin)detection, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and using a group-designed case-control study method,41 obese children(18 males and 23 females)were selected as the case group, with an average age of(10.04±1.66)years.normal weight children 41(male 18,female 23)as the control group, the average age was(10.12±1.68)years old, using independent sample t test,P=0.702>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,no difference in age.Gender and ethnicity use frequency matching method to ensure gender and ethnicity are balanced and comparable between the two groups. From And the relationship between adipokines and insulin resistance index in serum of different children was analyzed, and then the relationship between adipokines induced by obese children and RAS system was obtained. Results: Serum adiponectin levels in the obese group were significantly lower than those in the normal group, leptin levels were significantly higher than those in the normal group, and resistin levels were significantly higher than those in the normal group among children aged 6~14 years in Xinjiang.insulin resistance index was positively correlated with renin, aldosterone, and angiotensin-II in the obese group.the related indexes were 0.338,0.553,0.608,respectively.That is,the greater the insulin resistance index, renin, aldosterone, vascular tightness The higher the II level, the higher the activity of the RAS system, which further leads to the increase of insulin resistance and physique. Conclusions: the concentrations of adiponectin, leptin and resistin in the obese group were significantly different from those in the normal group.BMI in the obese group were closely related to insulin resistance index,adiponectin,leptin,resistin,renin,aldosterone,angiotensin-II,so that the adipokine induced by obesity was closely related to RAS system activity.
