Objectives: 1.By comparing and analyzing the prevalence of chronic diseases, the knowledge of chronic disease health knowledge, and the formation of healthy behaviors of residents in the two demonstration areas, the comprehensive prevention and control effect of chronic diseases in the residents of the two demonstration areas was evaluated by TOPSIS method.2.To study the prevalence of chronic diseases and its influencing factors so as to understand chronic diseases and their related risk factors.3.Analyze the prevalence of risk factors related to chronic diseases among the population in Xinjiang, and provide basic data for the formulation and evaluation of health policies and interventions. Methods: The comparative method was used to study the chronic disease prevalence, health knowledge and social factors related to chronic diseases among residents in two demonstration areas in Xinjiang.Through cross-sectional survey,6283 people in two demonstration areas were sampled using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling.Residents aged 15 years and older conduct household surveys and collect information on demographic sociological characteristics, core knowledge related to chronic disease prevention and control, and related behaviors through a paper-based questionnaire. This study uses a combination of univariate analysis and multivariate analysis to statistically analyze the data.Univariate analysis is mainly chi-square test.Multivariate analysis uses unconditional logistic regression and multilevel logistic regression model analysis. Finally, the TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the comprehensive prevention and control effects of chronic diseases in two different demonstration areas. Results: 1.The prevalence of chronic diseases in Baijiantan demonstration area is 15.43%.The prevalence levels of the top 5 diseases in the chronic disease spectrum are hypertension(5.59%),dyslipidemia(2.80%),and diabetes (2.45%).),Coronary heart disease(1.31%),tumor(0.17%).The prevalence of chronic diseases in the demonstration area of Kuqa County,Aksu Prefecture is 27.45%.The top 5diseases in the chronic disease spectrum are hypertension(25.7%),heart disease(6.9%),diabetes(2.45%),and stroke(1.9 %),Dyslipidemia(1.2%).2.Compare the two different demonstration areas to know the prevention of chronic diseases such as respiratory diseases, normal blood pressure, normal blood lipids, chronic disease risk factors, chronic disease at high risk groups, dietary guidelines recommended that adults have significant differences in daily oil intake and salt intake. All were statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of prevention of chronic respiratory diseases, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, and normal value of blood lipids in the demonstration area of the Baijiantan District are higher than those in the Kuqa County demonstration area. The risk factors for chronic diseases,high-risk groups, and dietary guidelines in the Kuche County demonstration area are recommended for adults. The awareness rate of salt and oil intake was higher than that in the demonstration area of Baijiantan area.Comparing the knowledge of core knowledge related to chronic disease prevention and control among people of different genders, ages, ethnicities, and education levels in the two demonstration areas, the awareness rates were significantly different, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate was highest among females, over 60 years of age,Han nationality, undergraduate and above.3.Except for physical exercise(P>0.05),comparing different healthy behaviors in two different demonstration areas, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The behavioral formation rate of non-smokers,alcoholics,and physical exercise in the demonstration area of the Baijiantan area is higher than that in the Kuqa County demonstration area;the behavioral formation rate of edible salt, oil, vegetables and fruits in the demonstration area of Kuqa County is higher than that in the Baijiantan area.Comparing the demographic groups of different genders, ages, ethnicities, marital statuses, education levels, and occupations in the two different demonstration areas, there were differences(P<0.05).The health behaviors in women,15-29 years old,Han nationality, widowed, undergraduate and above, and other occupational groups all had a higher formation rate than other groups. The formation rate of health behaviors of people with different characteristics in Baijiantan demonstration area was higher than that in Kuche County demonstration area.4.The influencing factors of chronic diseases in residents of Baijiantan demonstration area are age, gender, marital status, and passive smoking. The influencing factors of chronic diseases in residents in Kuqa demonstration area are age, education, marital status, occupation, smoking,Alcoholism, fruit intake, salt intake, and oil intake.5.The TOPSIS method evaluation results show that the comprehensive prevention and control effect of the Baijiantan demonstration area is the best(Ci=0.546),followed by the Kuqa demonstration area(Ci=0.454).Conclusions: The prevalence of chronic diseases, health knowledge, and health behavior formation in the two demonstration areas in Xinjiang are higher than the national level. The comprehensive chronic disease prevention and control effect in Baijiantan demonstration area is better than that in Kuche County demonstration area. The relevant health departments in the Kuqa County demonstration area should take effective measures to adapt to local conditions, use various multimedia resources to strengthen health education, further increase the awareness rate of residents' relevant knowledge, promote the formation of healthy behaviors, and comprehensively and effectively promote the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases.
