Objective To explore the relationship between gout of Uyghur males in Xinjiang and Toll-like receptor 2 and Toll-like receptor 4 gene polymorphism.Methods A total of 409 male uygur patients who were admitted to the affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of xinjiang medical university in urumqi and the people’s hospital of xinjiang uygur autonomous region from 2017 to 2019 were collected as the subjects,among which 75 were patients with gout,141 were patients with hyperuricemia and 193 were healthy controls.Using the general data of the subjects,fasting venous blood was collected and biochemical indexes and gene locus data were measured.Analyze and compare the general information,important biochemical indicators,and rs11935252,rs121917864,rs369028698,rs3804099,rs3804100,rs4696480,rs5743704,rs5743708 of Toll-like receptor 2 and Toll-like receptor 4 rs10759932,rs1554973,Differences in gene polymorphisms at 10 sites,rs1927906,rs2149356,rs2737190,rs2737191,rs2770150,rs4986790,rs4986791 and rs7873784.Results 1.There were statistically significant differences in hyperglycemia,hypertriglyceridemia,BMI,waist-hip ratio and hypertension among the three groups(P<0.05).Hyperglycemia,hypertriglyceridemia,obesity and hypertension were risk factors for gout and hyperuricemia.2.The 6sites of rs11935252,rs369028698,rs3804099,rs3804100,rs4696480,rs5743708 on toll-like receptor 2 and the 10 sites of rs10759932,rs1554973,rs1927906,rs2149356,rs2737190,rs2737191,rs2770150,rs4986790,rs4986791 and rs7873784 on toll-like receptor 4 were all consistent with Hardy-Weinberg balance test.3.Toll-like receptor 2 rs121917864 and rs5743704 have only one CC genotype.The rs11935252,rs369028698,rs3804099,rs3804100,rs5743708 genotypes and allele frequencies are different in the gout group,hyperuricemia group and control group.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of rs4696480 genotype and allele frequency between the gout group and the control group(P>0.05).There was a difference in the distribution between the hyperuricemia group and the control group.Statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.The distribution of rs10759932,rs1927906,rs2149356,rs2737190,rs2737191,rs2770150,rs4986790,rs4986791,genotype and allele frequency on Toll-like receptor 4has no statistical significance in the gout group,hyperuricemia group and control group(P>0.05).The distribution of rs1554973 genotype and allele frequency in the gout group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the distribution of the hyperuricemia group and the control group(P>0.05).The distribution of rs7873784 genotype and allele frequency in the gout group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the distribution of the hyperuricemia group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The polymorphism of rs4696480 gene on Toll-like receptor 2 may be related to the risk of hyperuricemia in Uighur men,and the polymorphism of rs1554973 and rs7873784 gene on Toll-like receptor 4 may be related to the risk of gout in Uighur males.
